AJ Residence Mini-hotel

This place was fantastic, nice clean spacious rooms, friendly staff. Very accommodating…. We got here 2 hours early for check in the lady at the front gave us our keys and we even stayed a few extra days. Highly recommend.

AJ Residence is a relatively new, or recently renovated apartment block. Everything in the room is very new. Spread over seven floors (with elevator) and plenty of covered parking options AJ Residence represents great value at around 500 baht per night (through Agoda). The WIFI works great, the AC is powerful and quiet and there are loads of power sockets in the room for charging devices. Tea/coffee making facilities are provided along with a decent sized fridge freezer. There is a great little work station area for setting up a PC and a large wardrobe for all of your belongings. The room generally is very spacious, bright and spotlessly clean. The bathroom is a good size and the shower water pressure and temperature good with no drainage problems. The area is a little quiet around the apartment but there are plenty of places to find food, and there is a Lotus and Supercheap around about a five-minute walk away. No entertainment to speak of within close proximity so if you are after a night out a cab would be required or self-transport. Overall AJ Residence represents great value for the budget conscientious or those looking for long term accommodation at a reasonable price.

Value for money for one night stay... 4-5 kms from Rassada Pier.

AJ President is a hotel for somebody looking for a decent, clean and polite staff. Also, everyday free water bottles provided.

very nice big rooms ,clean and quiet, good nice staff very helpfull, not to far from the islands,and close to the locals,felt very safe as they have cameras installed.good cheap price, for a very nice room.

Recommended, clean rooms, 35 square meters, not far from Phuket town.
