Love this hotel!!! Super cute, little hipster but not too much. Not the highest end but great for the price, very clean, nice staff, great pillows. The location is great for walking to a few temples. We walked to dinner at Twist, a gorgeous rooftop bar with fantastic food.
Definitely book a room with a tub, and request a higher up room for privacy as the tub is on the balcony, with beautiful views of the city.
Best hairdryer I’ve seen in a hotel here, I am a hairstylist so that’s saying a lot.

Nice design of hotel in Phuket old town. Feel surprised when I enter the room. Like their style of design. In the room they also provide a good coffee instead of just random 3 in 1 coffee powder. At the lobby they have free snacks, banana and juice 24 hours. They have a co working space open whole day also. The price is acceptable. Here is suitable for the people no matter you are nomad or travelers or long stays.

We stayed at Blu Monkey Hub & Hotel - Phuket for the first two days of our Thailand journey, and it was a great choice. The location is very convenient, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the area.

The rooms are new, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The hotel's monkey and banana theme adds a unique and calming atmosphere, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was enjoyable, offering a good variety of food that was definitely worth the money.

However, it would be helpful if they provided a rack or space to hang clothes and towels. Also, the bathtubs being outside the rooms with a view exposed to the city is a bit unconventional.

The staff were outstanding, especially Mild, who provided exceptional and friendly service, making our stay even more pleasant.

The stay is amazing, great location, excellent hospitality, hygiene, service - top notch. The receptionists are very sweet and friendly, also helpful. Specially Mind and Tik. Breakfast was great as well.
My room had the bathtub, although I didn’t get to use it, it is placed in the balcony with amazing views of the old town and some hills in the background.

I recently stayed at the Blue Monkey Hotel, and I can't say enough good things about the experience! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, especially Mind and Bua, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The hotel itself is amazing, with a charming and relaxing atmosphere that truly makes you feel at home. Every day, I was treated to free coffee and bananas, which was a delightful touch. The attention to detail in every aspect of the service really stood out.

I will start off by saying what the hotel lacks the staff more than make up for. Mind and her supervisor seetee took care of all my complaints. My safe never worked the whole trip and they kept having to unlock it for me. My laundry took forever to wash and dry but they moved it from the washer to dryer and even folded while I went to the night market. They were fabulous. The room is tough to navigate but beautiful. I understand the reviews where it was made to look beautiful not functional. They have no where to put hand towels so I had to put mine on my chair and no room to unpack luggage. King size bed was two twin beds that were pushed together. Other than that friendly staff I was barely at the hotel so it didn't bother me much for the price. Plus right next to old town.
