Blu Monkey Hub and Hotel Phuket - SHA Extra Plus

We stayed at Blu Monkey Hub & Hotel - Phuket for the first two days of our Thailand journey, and it was a great choice. The location is very convenient, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the area.

The rooms are new, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The hotel's monkey and banana theme adds a unique and calming atmosphere, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was enjoyable, offering a good variety of food that was definitely worth the money.

However, it would be helpful if they provided a rack or space to hang clothes and towels. Also, the bathtubs being outside the rooms with a view exposed to the city is a bit unconventional.

The staff were outstanding, especially Mild, who provided exceptional and friendly service, making our stay even more pleasant.

The stay is amazing, great location, excellent hospitality, hygiene, service - top notch. The receptionists are very sweet and friendly, also helpful. Specially Mind and Tik. Breakfast was great as well.
My room had the bathtub, although I didn’t get to use it, it is placed in the balcony with amazing views of the old town and some hills in the background.
Loved every bit of my stay at Blu Monkey. Will definitely come back again!

I recently stayed at the Blue Monkey Hotel, and I can't say enough good things about the experience! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, especially Mind and Bua, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The hotel itself is amazing, with a charming and relaxing atmosphere that truly makes you feel at home. Every day, I was treated to free coffee and bananas, which was a delightful touch. The attention to detail in every aspect of the service really stood out.

If you're looking for a place that combines comfort, exceptional service, and thoughtful amenities, the Blue Monkey Hotel is the perfect choice. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

First time staying here, rooms are large, clean and have everything you need.
Hotel facilities are excellent, nice pool and has everything you need
Excellent breakfast, great restaurants next to hotel. Transportation is great and easily arranged if needed
Can easily walk to shops etc
If course when you go on a break service means everything, all the staff are really friendly and go out of their way to help

I will start off by saying what the hotel lacks the staff more than make up for. Mind and her supervisor seetee took care of all my complaints. My safe never worked the whole trip and they kept having to unlock it for me. My laundry took forever to wash and dry but they moved it from the washer to dryer and even folded while I went to the night market. They were fabulous. The room is tough to navigate but beautiful. I understand the reviews where it was made to look beautiful not functional. They have no where to put hand towels so I had to put mine on my chair and no room to unpack luggage. King size bed was two twin beds that were pushed together. Other than that friendly staff I was barely at the hotel so it didn't bother me much for the price. Plus right next to old town.

Nice place in budget, you get clean efficient rooms with 24 he te cofee biscuit n banana. Less option for vegetarian breakfast though, had only bread butter n banana. Self service of luggage to room. Staff was welcoming and smiling. It was near to phuket 3D museum, so went there when we couldn't early check in. The canal smells passing nearby bothers a bit of u go to use balcony. Couldn't use bath tub as it was in open, no way to cover.

A great hotel perfect for the family and centrally located in Phuket Town. Their swimming pool is also worth the mention 😎

Great personnel and a great breakfast menu with no restriction for taking water when compared to other hotels in Bangkok/Phuket.

Loved the location of the hotel and the bathtub outside was a cherry on top. Tik & Bua is an asset to the hotel. They were very helpful and welcoming. Very thankful to them for helping us and giving us good service. And the room also had gourmet coffee which many hotel around doesn’t have. I recommend this hotel to everyone reading my review.
