Convenient location with great breakfast. What we like most is breakfast here, lots of variety. We stay in superior room, it is clean and basic. With their location, it’s convenient for sightseeing around the city. Supermarket is also within few minute walk. I will recommend this to our friends. Thank you for your great accommodation. Good job everyone!

The General location, the more difficult to find. The surrounding environment is relatively poor, in the semi-mountainside, go up and more strenuous, the roadside a lot of trash, the smell is relatively large. Hotel service attitude is very good, swimming pool also good!

With a stay at the fifth floor, the scenery is good, lived on the second floor, go out is the swimming pool! Is near shopping places not much! And the hotel on the hillside, up and down, not too convenient!

Nice hotel. It's just a little out of all the fun area of Patong. I wish they could provide transport to and from Patong Beach. IT was a long walk to Banglo road.

Stayed at Casa Del M2 years ago and will never stay there again. Was very upset that we were put into the oldest part of the hotel as we are gold members of our club. To get upgraded we paid more money of which I do not believe we should of. Cannot remember the guys name behind the desk was absolutely fantastic

Luckily I got the best room in the resort with direct access to the pool and it was the biggest room they have. The location is quite far from all the major attractions and beaches. Breakfast served was average. This property is huge.

One of the worst resort, they blackmail their customer in the covid19 period not refund their booking amount paid in the advance...
Advice to all not book this hotel in advance once you book they deny to talk you....

So-so. One of the advantages is the view from the new building, due to exaltation and is quite responsive and friendly staff. Of the downsides, the breakfasts, the location, the slum area around a transfer only in the direction of the beach. Rooms, 4 out of 5.
