I don't expect anything, so for me the things worth appreciating here are the friendly staff and quiet space. I like being on a beach that doesn't have too many tourists. Plus, I fell while at the beach and they took me to the hospital on the island immediately, and they also gave me a cake for my birthday (yes, I spent my birthday here). . Breakfast is free and you have beach chairs reserved for resort guests. Clean the room every morning.

Nice view on beach but the breakfast is very poor for the price should be better also most customers are foreigners and no have croissants in breakfast so how we can eat.

We’ve book 3 rooms of beachfront and sea view rooms. I found a mouse in a sea view room toilet at 3:30am. And this hotel doesn’t have anyone to service until 7am. I had been calling asking many time until 7:30am, they send maid with a dry towel…:( . A mouse wasn’t in toilet anymore but it’s in the bedroom, and they have done nothing beside saying it went out but nobody see where it went!
I pay total for 21,000 bath and I feel disgusting to live with a mouse in the room.

The room was really bad and not worth the price. It cost 4,000 THB per night, and during holidays, it went up to 15,000 THB per night. That's as expensive as rooms in big cities around the world, but the quality was nowhere close. The room had a lot of mold, was dirty, and looked like it hadn't been touched in 20 years. The lighting was terrible too. The entrance area was also poorly maintained. The bathrooms had very little water flow.
The restaurant was disappointing as well. The staff were unfriendly and the food was below average. Even for island standards, it wasn't good."

First of all, please be aware that I’m reviewing only the restaurant, and not the resort as a whole.
We are here on Christmas Eve. We ordered 9 dishes and everything was going well until the food started arriving. We got at least 2 wrong dishes and one that arrived an hour late.
All the dishes, both western and Thai food, arrived cold. The meats especially were dry and cold, definitely microwaved. If your food is not cooked fresh, don’t put it on your menu.
The cocktails were a little too strong and quite expensive.
Overall not recommended. We fed some of our leftover bits to the cute stray dogs. I wonder if they even liked the food..

The smell of burning garbage every night made out baby sick. At night the island has several burn areas to burn all the garbage in open out fire. It's is very toxic and the smoke would blow in our room all night. Other than that the hotel was great and good staff.

This hotel is located at Wong Duan Beach. It's the best experience. The sea is very beautiful. The beach of this hotel is clean and the water is very clear. You can see fish swimming at this beach. There are cute dogs and cats in the hotel. They didn't bother us.
I suggest that if you want to stay somewhere, I recommend you to stay here. Or if you don't want to stay here I recommend you to stay at any hotel in Ao Prao or Sai Kaew Beach. These three beaches are the most beautiful beaches in Koh Samed.

This place is paradise. We stayed in a beach hut (you step out of the door onto the sand!) and although the room wasn't particularly fancy it had everything we needed and there really was nothing like waking up to the sound waves. Really quiet beach on Koh Samet so lots of relaxing and reading. Breakfast was good - lots on offer and the staff were amazing.

Great place for Happy hour sundown cocktails. Friendly staff and Meggy makes the best Pina Coladas and Mojitos on Koh Samet.
