Was an amazing holiday, was very kind staff and very welcoming, service was perfect, room was all you needed with balcony and big bathroom. Entertainment program was always available and very encouraging to get people involved. Entertainment crew was outstanding and haven’t met such a good bunch of people at any other hotels. Big thanks to Willy and Yassin for making my holiday

It is a disaster hotel. It need to be renovated. We have paid a lot of money as we thought that standard will be the same like Tuimagic Fuerteventura- do not make this mistake!!! A big disappointment!

Quite mixed experience. First master bedroom in a dirty state, changed after complaint by another lower category room.
We have the impression of not being treated the same as the Germans. If you are expecting club med level services for children, shop around. 3 weeks before his 3rd birthday my son was not accepted into the kids club. Otherwise, the services in the kids club are quite mediocre with mainly German-speaking staff.
The food is quite varied, nothing to say. Lots of swimming pools available, rather well equipped beach and the strongest point is the very smiling and helpful staff. The price seems quite expensive to me for a 4*. It seems that we pay double the price compared to the Germans, which is very surprising.

Everything was great except for the food. Quality products from fish to meat, but you could clearly feel that the executive chef didn't love his job - very monotonous, uncreative - the meat and fish were overcooked and dry. He had to walk behind his chefs in the buffet and check what they were doing, take them by the arm and motivate them, especially with the many trainees/newbies - he was hardly seen.
