Description

Cosy hotel for a quiet, relaxing holiday. Most of the rooms have sea views. Moorish cafe is built in the original style – bright, colorful, inviting to have a Cup of coffee and to smoke the Shisha.

Renovated: 2012

Location: 40 km from the international airport Enfida, 5 km from the centre of Sousse, Port El Kantaoui.

Total area: 70 000 m2.

Consists of one 3-storey building.

Beach: private sandy beach the first coastal line, in 20 m from the hotel. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – free, towels-for a fee. The length of the beach 150 m.

We accept credit cards: Visa, MasterCard.

Pets: up to 3 kg.

The concept of food

The concept of All Inclusive (from 06:00 to 24:00) includes Breakfast in the main restaurant "Alhambra", from 06:00 to 10:00

Lunch in the main restaurant "Alhambra", from 12:30 to 14:00 or in the cafe "Snack bar Rimel", from 12:30 to 18:00

Dinner in the main restaurant "Alhambra", from 18:30 to 21:30

Pool bar is open from 12:30 to 15:00 - lunch from 15:00 to 18:00 – snacks from 12:30 to 18:00 ice cream from 12:30 to 17:00 – pizza, period bar is open from may to September.

Once per stay dinner a La carte in the restaurant "Theme" (recording), from 19:00 to 22:00

So you can also use: tennis courts (by appointment), depending on weather conditions: Pedalo, Canoeing, Windsurfing (by appointment) every day: water Polo, aerobics in the pool, volleyball and archery.

The entrance to the restaurant during dinner in shorts is prohibited.

On the hotel territory: 3 restaurants (1 a'la carte), 4 bars, 3 conference halls (to 350 persons), 2 pools , 3 tennis courts (hard cover), beauty salon, medical services, Laundry, elevators, mail services, safe Deposit box at reception (extra charge), business center

First of all I have to say, that the staff is very friendly. It is an all-inclusive Hotel. The food was the biggest issue. It wasn't tasty and not seasoned at all. Mostly the meat was dry. Our room was old-fashioned and the only comfy was the king size bed. The bathroom was unhandy and basic stuff like ear sticks were missing. The joints in the bathroom and pools had black spots. We were promised a better room, but it seems the manager forgot it.

Maybe we just expected too much from a 5-star hotel, which wouldn't be a 4 star hotel in Germany.

Amazing hotel, very clean and nice rooms!
Food is very delicious and there's a huge variety of everything.
Service were motsly so kind and nice except one waiter who was trying to flirt with me and my sister and that made us feel uncomfortable .
At night, they had good animation and enjoyed the saxophone show !
The sea was clean and the water was clear and beautiful.

Our holidays in this hotel was absolutely lovely. The rooms were clean and well-prepared every day. Food was good, be careful about strong drinks from the bar 😄 The staff was very helpful and friendly. The animation team was very friendly, especially wonderful Sabine. Thank you very much for making our holidays so amazing!❤️❤️❤️❤️

So far, this has been the best hotel I have ever attended. 100% worth the money and travel. It's clearly a 5 star hotel. I have made unforgivable memories. Everything is 10/10. The food has a wide variation, and even picky eaters will find amazing meals. The animation team is friendly, entertaining, original and never gets boring. The views around the hotel are magnificent and special for the eyes. The overall service is perfect and trustworthy. We will 100% visit this hotel again. Thank you for such a special time!

Great hotel and wonderful staff! All personal made effort to interact and provide an wonderful stay, the animation staff were exceptional. The only thing we could suggest is the rooms could do with a general upgrading but the rest of the hotel was very modern. Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, thank you Hotel Iberostsr- Diar El Andalous Team

Very nice, cozy hotel with a good Spanish grid from Malorca island. Two swimming pools, there is a children's one. Rooms are clean and beautiful. It seems that the rooms of the same class are all the same. There is a sea view, a garden, a pool with the sea (they just call it a pool view). For 10 € per day, your room on the ground floor will be changed to a room with a higher class, i.e. with a view, on the second floor. And it's worth it, because the balcony on the first floor is open and in fact it is a terrace. Those. there are always people walking by who can theoretically come to you. The food is good, there are plenty to choose from. There is an ala carte restaurant. Works on certain days, by appointment. Italian cuisine two days a week, Tunisian two. The a la carte restaurant is smaller than usual.

There is great animation, a lot of entertainment. All the staff are friendly, and, rather, everyone, I will come back here again. Although the websites say that the staff does not speak Russian, this is not true.

Amazing hotel. Perfect and fun shows. Nice animators. Friendly staff. Beautiful beach and pools. Recommend definitely, book and you won’t regret your holidays. Perfect place to disconnect from daily routine and enjoy the holidays!!!
