Iberostar Selection Kuriat Palace

I have just got back yesterday from this hotel and honestly the week was amazing I was very sad to come home.
The room was very clean, the fridge was well stocked. Cleaners came in everyday.
The pools were perfect I really enjoyed the water gym activity.
The evening entertainment was amazing a different show every night. The animation team were amazing super friendly and funny Mario had the best sense of humour.
The food was just perfect great selection for everyone I was with for the week and the restaurant staff were just so friendly.
When we first walked in we were greeted straight away and all the reps took staff were lovely. Made me and my family feel very welcome.
I will definitely be returning to this hotel!! And the views were just stunning!!

Pros:

1-The outstanding service and facilities provided by the staff left a lasting impression on us, and I wanted to take a moment to commend the whole team from the housekeeping staff, to the coaches, to the talented chef and restaurant staff: all were cheerful , very polite, committed to make us feel home , always with a genuine smile on their face...
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. Their dedication to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction was evident throughout our stay. The level of personalized care we received truly made us feel like valued guests.

2-Also the swimming pool and slide facilities at the hotel: Our kids were overjoyed by the water slide.
The safety measures in place gave us peace of mind, allowing us to fully indulge in the fun.

3-There was also a relaxing pool far from the kids slide water pool.. that we could enjoy while our kids were busy in the playground area

Cons:
1-the sea was full of jellyfish 🪼, we couldn't enjoy swimming there, not sure if it is a one off season, or it it is always like that
2- some clients smoke in the rooms and the smell if the smoke sticks in the corridors and sometimes gets to our room

Overall : we really enjoyed our stay :

the commitment of the staff and the quality of the amenities truly stood out. We are immensely grateful for the wonderful experience we had at iberostar kuriat and would not hesitate to recommend it to our friends and family.

Overall, this hotel is superb. Me and my mum stayed a total of 10 nights. The service at both the beach bar, restaurant and main bar is excellent. Hospitality from reception staff and cleaners is very nice. And we especially enjoyed the entertainment shows put on by the entertainment team every evening which were very enjoyable. The entertainment team were very accommodating and lively with every activity they held, which made the whole experience even better. In particular, we enjoyed the comedy sketches put on by the entertainment team. It has been a delightful holiday which is made better by the accommodating and joyful staff.

Stayed here for a week, nice atmosphere for relaxing. Good hotel for families with children.

Rooms were cleaned everyday, the staff were nice and helpful especially entertainment staff and the cleaners made sure tourist were happy. Drinks were always brought to us by the pool and staff made sure we had a drink to enjoy the sun and relax.

One member of staff stud out the most named Lilo. Really helpful honest person that allowed us to take home great memories and great friendships. He is the person who made our holiday worthy and special. So thank you lilo and all the staff.

Here is my review of the hotel where I have stayed with my family three times and I am very satisfied. Firstly, I must say that it was a wonderful stay that we will surely remember for a long time.

I would particularly like to thank the employee named Ahmed. He was very helpful and took care of us throughout our stay. He was always willing to help and answered all our questions.

The hotel also has many attractions for children, which is very important to me. My children loved the pool, where they could play all day.

The food in the hotel was delicious and varied. In the restaurant, you could find many dishes of national and international cuisine, which will surely please any foodie.

In summary, I highly recommend staying at this hotel with a clear conscience. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself will provide a great vacation for the whole family. Thanks to Ahmed and the entire hotel team, we had an unforgettable stay- big Thank you from 255 room:)))

We came in June with my husband last year, then in September with the whole family, I am a husband and daughter, the administrator Aladdin quickly settled us in a room with access to the sea, the hotel is new, the food is delicious and varied, I really liked it, I just relaxed like at home, honestly, the staff is excellent, rooms are cleaned every day, we will definitely come again, with respect to you Ksenia, Evelina
