Iberostar Selection Kuriat Palace Hotel

The hotel was far from the airport but it was worth the drive, the beach was right by the hotel, the staffs are absolutely pleasant , English wasn't too good but they all tried to communicate. The rooms were bright and beautifully laid with welcome chocolate and towel folded to make a lovely penguin

My stay was excellent! The diversity and flavor of the dishes were remarkable. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive. In addition, the room offered a magnificent view of the swimming pool and the sea. In summary, everything was perfect!

Top hotel, top service, top food, entertainment staff to review, no respect for hotel guests!!! Held hotel guests very naked very casual not dressed very shocking!!! in the hotel entrance hall and in the buffet restaurant it is necessary to review the clothing of certain customers (female) we must respect the very vulgar people see half naked for a very beautiful hotel it spoils the image of this hotel inappropriate behavior of certain customers and the host flirts with customers, a shame for such a beautiful establishment!!! To see urgently the rooms are perfect maid at the top very clean establishment despite the rest thank you to the service staff and respect the rest to see again urgently lack of respect thank you to the manager and the director to review certain details thank you for your welcome .

Value for money not very interesting, expensive for nothing

I have just got back yesterday from this hotel and honestly the week was amazing I was very sad to come home.
The room was very clean, the fridge was well stocked. Cleaners came in everyday.
The pools were perfect I really enjoyed the water gym activity.
The evening entertainment was amazing a different show every night. The animation team were amazing super friendly and funny Mario had the best sense of humour.
The food was just perfect great selection for everyone I was with for the week and the restaurant staff were just so friendly.
When we first walked in we were greeted straight away and all the reps took staff were lovely. Made me and my family feel very welcome.
I will definitely be returning to this hotel!! And the views were just stunning!!

Pros:

1-The outstanding service and facilities provided by the staff left a lasting impression on us, and I wanted to take a moment to commend the whole team from the housekeeping staff, to the coaches, to the talented chef and restaurant staff: all were cheerful , very polite, committed to make us feel home , always with a genuine smile on their face...
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. Their dedication to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction was evident throughout our stay. The level of personalized care we received truly made us feel like valued guests.

2-Also the swimming pool and slide facilities at the hotel: Our kids were overjoyed by the water slide.
The safety measures in place gave us peace of mind, allowing us to fully indulge in the fun.

3-There was also a relaxing pool far from the kids slide water pool.. that we could enjoy while our kids were busy in the playground area

Cons:
1-the sea was full of jellyfish 🪼, we couldn't enjoy swimming there, not sure if it is a one off season, or it it is always like that
2- some clients smoke in the rooms and the smell if the smoke sticks in the corridors and sometimes gets to our room

Overall : we really enjoyed our stay :

the commitment of the staff and the quality of the amenities truly stood out. We are immensely grateful for the wonderful experience we had at iberostar kuriat and would not hesitate to recommend it to our friends and family.
