Worst service ever. Unfriendly managers. Esspecially F&B manager. You need to tip everyone if you want normal service.
Food is disgusting. Hotel is just to stay for a 3 days max.

This is NOT 5* hotel. Most likely 3+, just because room is clean and beach is nice when people who selling towels and scarves took day off

Not the best. I wouldn't recommend it. I don't think it deserves 5 stars, to be honest. It took us hours just to check in. They charged us differently than what was on booking. I understand it's high season, but the hotel was at capacity and should've just managed it better. They didn't have enough amenities in the rooms, and they weren't cleaned properly. The only plus was the very helpful but super overwhelmed staff member, Mr. hicham and Mr Ali, on reception were very good, but I still think you should have more staff and not come in high season. Also, paying per person, not per room, is crazy!

Would not in any way recommend this hotel, not sure if it even deservers three out of the five stars it claims. The building itself was not bad, but was obviously maintained poorly for the last decade. The rooms decently clean, but every day it is a mystery if you will have the normal commodities - some days you may have towels, some not, water will possibly be provided, etc. The food was decent, but with zero variety from day to day. The staff needs to be tipped at the start of your meal, in order to have a chance to receive napkins, salt, pepper or water, but still not guaranteed. The alcohol, even if they happen to have what you want, is in a bottle without a label and extremely watered down. The air-conditioning in the whole hotel (except the rooms) is never on. Staff does not properly speak English and it is almost impossible to get what you want, even if you pay for it outside of the included things.
