Cosy hotel on the seafront close to the centre of Alanya. Suitable for combining a relaxing beach holiday and for active pastime outside the premises.

Location: 125 km from Antalya airport, 2 km from the centre of Alanya.
Consists of two 3-storey buildings.

Beach: public sandy beach in 50 m from the hotel, the first coastal line.

Food selection is minimal with added flys, all inclusive is ok as long as you're not hungry out of allocated times which are amended on their brochure, there's renovations going on next door so good luck with relaxing on the beach and the entertainment is second to none with the latter being the key point.

Hotel is old needs updating, facilities are damaged I have a broken shower cubicle and a plug socket broken. The food is awful, only 2 choices chicken and some form of meat, nothing labeled so if you have allergies you have no clue, the advert said things like wi-fi and bar times when you arrive you are told you pay for WiFi and bar closes 1 hour early and your all inclusive only covers beer and wine, not local spirits as advertised ? And we were told off for having too many glasses on out table, all in all for English people it is not a good place to come as most things are an extra???
There are bad reviews of this place and I am sorry to say that they are all 100% correct. I would never come here again.

I went to MUZ September 23 and i was quite impressed for the price. Alanya was hot and lovely, MUZ is a little bit away from Alanya centre, i tried to walk it to get cigarettes but in the heat i struggled. Food at MUZ is european, not really english. Alot of olives etc!. Staff are great, my wife hated one of them though but i liked all. I hired a car but be warned the Turks drive like mad they speed everywere!!!!. Going to Egypt this September 5 star all inclusive so we gone up market a touch but i got happy memories from MUZ.

For having better room you need to pay, for wifi you need to pay. The food quality was very bad. The private beach is rock beach and dangerous . The only good thing about the hotel is great staffs

Disillusionment:
After night arrival we had to pay 80 EUR for a "better" room, otherwise it was completely on the ground floor with a view nowhere from the oldest speaker.
In the week we lost the card controlling the air conditioning from our room.
After asking at reception I described the problem of losing the card from the room, was told you lost it, it's not my problem, pay 20EUR!
I explained the difference of loss and when you lose a card from a locked room, it is still repeated Lost and it is your problem!
On the last day of our stay, although we had paid for the room until 12 pm the next day, we were asked, for a free beer, to leave the room at 10 pm, that guests with a small child would arrive. Apparently another 80 euros for a better room.
With that I salute the receptionist with pigment.
Upon returning home we discovered the loss of a few small items such as a back rehab roller, better not to look for the rest.
The food was the same over and over again, what was left from dinner was for breakfast. French fries.
We were told there was a budget problem, sorry...
The all-inclusive price included wine and beer + soft drinks.
Waiters, gentleman on the beach very helpful and nice, but what saves the bandit at the front desk?

The staff is a disaster. Only the cleaners are good and clean every day. The man at the reception wanted to cheat us for the room, first he gave us a room that was terrible, everything was dirty and disgusting. After that he asked us for 100 euros to give him to give me another better room. TERRIBLE 🤮

It's a great place for a budget holiday. You can't expect a five Star service here for the price they charge. Location is brilliant if you fancy relaxed and calm type of holiday. 5€ and you are in the city centre by taxi. The room
Was nearly cleaned daily, AC worked well. The territory is really looked after. Friendly and polite staff. Absolutely great and affordable SPA, had a two hour procedure package for 30€. What you need to keep in mind that you should take sea/pool towels, and think about special shoes, as the sea shore
and entrance to the sea is rather rough and tough..what I didn't like was breakfast it was rather miserable. Generally, the food
choice was low, all the same pretty much no variety, but fresh. Some people mentioned there is cats, but for me this wasn't a problem as .they only approach if you invite it. Bet, don't forget to have all the toiletries and soap you use as these are not provide either. Regarding then noise from the street or the mosque , didn't bother me at all times, my room was upstairs. If you are coming with kids who had been spoilt by 5*hotel animation you're gonna have a tough time, otherwise no animation was not a problem for my family. There's a kid's pool 50cm deep separatd from, the other 1,46cm one. There were always enough sunbeds there and the beach was never crowded. I did like the place in general. i stayed there with partner few years ago ,cleaners were opening room door even if yoy were in bed. Guy who was travel rep tried to sell the trips and after said you polish probably want for free!

This is 3 star hotel, so I dont understand people who expect to have all exclusive food and service. Food is delicious, staff is great, rooms are clean, view is gorgeous, beach is perfect, and the sea is crystal blue. If your vacation means that you all you matter is food, than better stay home, and cook for yourself :)

3stars only. Food is good. Staff is good. Rooms first are given bad, after some conversations and one night in bad room we was transfered to better room.
