Villa Sonata

Honestly, im very disappointed. Ive seen so many good things about this hotel so I decided to bring my partner here for his birthday.
Came in and the room wasnt very clean, we had to go get our own cleaning supplies to clean the shower and surrounding areas (there was blood on the wall next to the toilet). But all of that was fine, we can deal with that. Things like that dont bother us too much (we both work in hospitality and understand things get missed sometimes)

But then our ceiling started leaking in the bathroom, quite badly. All over the toilet and in the shower. Brown water with stones.
Im 3 months pregnant and nearly fell multiple times in the bathroom.

We went to the reception around midday and told them about the issue. They came in, wiped the floor and then left. We told them again around 3 that it was still leaking, they didnt come to the room again. Around 8pm, we went to reception because we couldn't shower or use the bathroom and they said there was nothing they could do. Offered for us to use the public bathroom and shower. (Due to being pregnant, I go the bathroom multiple times a night) and so would have to walk half way through the hotel to go the bathroom. They didn't apologise or offer any other alternative plan.

I am quite a chill person and honestly wouldnt of cared if they offered to tape a towel to the ceiling, just as long as they did something.

It isn't a cheap hotel, you expect to get what you paid for. We did not.

The hotel is on a very steep hillside. The shower water is super small and almost cold. The water temperature is about 30 degrees. It's very cold to take a shower with cold water. I can't wash my hair. There is no water and toiletries. The bed is very bad. It's like sleeping on a slope. I didn't fall asleep all night. The breakfast is not good. There is nothing good except that it is cheap and the room is bigger.
