I stayed at Ostimpark Business Hotel and was disappointed with the condition of the room. The smoke alarm was broken, the furniture was in bad shape (chair leather peeling, dirty headboard), and the toilet wasn't clean. The hotel isn't the whole building—just the 6th and 7th floors.
On the plus side, check-in was smooth, and breakfast was decent. However, the morning staff at 8 AM was condescending, which left a bad impression. Wouldn’t recommend unless they improve maintenance and service.

The front desk staff is enthusiastic, and the hall is decorated with characteristics. I don't like the strong perfume in the room.

The defects are many.. In the rooms,Although they made a sign that it was non-smoking, the smell of the room was disgusting. lying to the customerWe told us wrong information about the air conditioning and about the lack of another room and after we told them we wanted to go out of the hotel everything became available, in short I don't recommend it at all

Air-conditioning not functioning and not fixed during our stay. Breakfast very limited and no real coffee available

One of the worst hotel i have ever stayed. No Covid SOP's
