We gave our clothes for the laundry service, and hotel crew lost some of our stuff. They were looking for it for 5 days, and at the day of our departure just admitted that they can’t find anything. I asked them to at least not charge us for this service, since lost items were really important for us (and expensive), but manager rejected this. The hotel is located in a newly developed area, 10-15 minutes drive from the traditional city center, its monuments and museums. There are many shopping malls nearby and boulevards cross the area making it easy to enter and exit the city. Breakfast excellent with a wide variety of dishes and prompt service The rooms were comfortable, with a nice view, we found what we needed and the service was excellent

This hotel is good, actually the night shift reception is very kind person and he is always ready to help you. The price is good and fair enough. Especially it has great breakfast. Overall it's good hotel.

Alright hotel with good location. Staff, especially the cleaning staff, friendly, cleaning itself though unfortunately not satisfying. Breakfast which was included was OK. Hard beds.

One of my worst hotel experiences. There was a strange buzzing noise coming from the ceiling of the room and staff was not helpful at all. They refused to change my room. Not recommended.! Edit: Hotel manager Mr Ahmet called and kindly apologized. Thanks.

I am from Somalia i have stay in this hotel 13 days and I really appreciated their service, the rooms and toilets are very clean and comfortable. The things I have surprised was this hotel’s price is cheap and it’s great to stay . You can find warm water and heats as well , the staff is warm welcome and very friendly. I recommend you to try this hotel, you will appreciate it.

Like most reviewers, I had an ok experience, the only issue I’ve is no heat, bathroom noisy fan and lack of internet service (the one they have is very very slow if you ever get a connection)

I stayed for one night with my family. The hotel room was relatively small but clean. The hotel is in walking distance to many consulates and embassies. Its location is a very vibrant place with cafes and clubs so it was hard to find a place to park our car. However the staff helped us to find one.

Spotted on a very busy and famous street. Stuffs are kind. Prices are good. They got a parking lot but for only small cars. (I mean biggest vans can not enter) Their area are hard for free parking but it's a luck. They got cozy rooms and smoke is not prohibited. Wi-Fi is not bad. Breakfast is little poor but enough for hotel guests. They have got a cafeteria in front of the hotel.
