It’s over price and definitely not going to pay again if the price will be the same, the food was not good and not much item for breakfast, and those who worked in Turkish bath, massage and swimming pool were not friendly

The Location was perfect, right next to VFS Global centre in Turkey. I had an appointment with them the next day and I just strolled in from Meyra Palace hotel. The cheese burger was heavenly

I came to Ankara for a business, I had to stay one night, I chose this hotel and I want to say that it was amazing, great rooms, great cleaning, complete and perfect breakfast, polite staff

AC is not very qualitative and the fridge is warm. Mostly, the spa is not a relaxing place but more of a family-and-community water center: many kids and many swimming lessons occupying half the pool

And I am sure that if one day I come to Ankara, I will not choose a place other than this hotel, everything is great

I was given a nights stay from Turkish airlines after missing a connecting flight. Hotel is big and beautiful, though a bit old. No water kettle or anything extra in the room

There are a lot of apartment blocks, so you need to see which one is closest to the hotel lobby. It does have ironing and laundry service, as well as other services

The hotel is filled with great staff. It's a big place with nice apartments. However if you don't have a car it's a bit long to walk to your apartment

This is our second time. The rooms are clean and almost soundproof. Breakfast and cafe have decent food and drinks. The staff are super friendly and always try to find a solution even if it is not their job.

As for me - the best place to stay in Ankara. A beautiful hotel where classic meet modern. Perfect cleanliness, good breakfast and great location. If you’ll get upper floor, the view on the city will be amazing

150 lira is not a problem at all, but why can't you just include that to the price of the room? They can't even put the bill to your room, you have to bring your credit card to spa with you

The hotel management has taken care of very small things such as early checkin at half price for too early arrivals, we arrived at 4 AM and they gladly accommodated us with 1/2 cost of additional day

Latanya Hotel was great, stayed there for 5 days had an indoor pool, had a spa salon which was closed at the day of my visit, had many amenities in our room, our beds were pretty comfy, there was a vintage and modern-look combined together

  Therefore I had to show up to both my massage spa appointment and again when I went to use the pool - in my street clothes. I've stayed in lower quality hotels that included robes

  Had separate shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel.   Bath had lotion and bar hand soap.   No extra amenities were in the bathroom. An issue I had was there were slippers provided but I did notice a lack of a robe

Why a hotel would have a health club with massage and pool and not provide a robe is a little beyond me

The shower water was basically consistent in temperature but wasn't 100% consistent with pressure. The attached shower head was broken so could only use the overhead rain shower which didn't put out much pressure

The beds were comfortable and provided four pillows for a single bed.   TV was nice sized for the room. They only provided 4 decaf coffee so I wasn't able to enjoy a cup of coffee

  They also only had a couple packets of each kind of sugar.   The kettle appeared clean but because I didn't get an opportunity to have coffee I honestly didn't check inside

The hotel is located in a newly developed area, 10-15 minutes drive from the traditional city center, its monuments and museums

Breakfast excellent with a wide variety of dishes and prompt service The rooms were comfortable, with a nice view, we found what we needed and the service was excellent!

There are many shopping malls nearby and boulevards cross the area making it easy to enter and exit the city

We gave our clothes for the laundry service, and hotel crew lost some of our stuff. They were looking for it for 5 days, and at the day of our departure just admitted that they can’t find anything

I asked them to at least not charge us for this service, since lost items were really important for us (and expensive), but manager rejected this

You need to think more about your clients, otherwise decent people will choose something else to not get into this hilarious and bad situation

The highlight though and to which we are very grateful to the staff and hotel for their exceptional service - we left all our three coats in the cupboard when we drove off to Istanbul - only to realise we left it behind when we arrived In Istanbul

We stayed here for a night and adored everything about this hotel. The hotel is in a super central location, in the heart of Ankara. The room was spacious spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was massive and varied

The breakfast was also very good both days with a wide selection and staff recommending the local dishes - even going beyond showing how we mix the local platter. The staff are kind and very welcoming and helpful

We stayed at the Bahcelievler Otel in Ankara for two nights. The hotel has a superb location to some great restaurants and eateries and walking distance to the Anitkabir and a very vibrant night life

Service was extremely slow in poolside area, it took almost an hour to get a fruit bowl. Also, having to remind the personnel your order repeatedly was very annoying

I was only in the conference hall for a celebration. Very big, clean, friendly staff, nice food. The lavatories were also very clean and looked luxurious. This was the 2nd time I was there, and I was not disappointed

Location is not good because it is nearby a garden and pool that use for parties. The room was big and clean. Air conditioning system didn't work properly and the TV didn't work at all.

The resturant at the lugal us not my favorite for breakfast, there is a young girl there who makes you feel so uncomfortable, but we did learn we can have breakfast at the Sheraton and it was an open buffet and you can choose your own meal ( as a picky eater this was a better choice for me

Stayed 3 nights at the Lugal, friendly staff at the door and reception. Food is good, breakfast buffet (at the Sheraton) with lots of choices. Breakfast a la carte options at the Lugal restaurant

They found out we were there for our honeymoon and to visit our in laws and have a traditional party and they sent us a platter full of goodies and treated us like royalty

The Staffs are very polite, helpful. But the price was high cause the swimming pool was not open. So it was not value to pay such money. For three persons price was 3800TL

I usually don’t like the carpets because they are very dirty no matter how much they vacuum but this hotel probably renovated it recently, we didn’t feel stuffy nor allergies
