You really have to be on upper floors here. It needs refurbishment as the rooms are old fashioned, but very clean and everything always works splendidly

Room cozy and clean and comfortable. Location not downtown but in safe quiet neighbourhood and only five to 10 minutes to downtown by taxi that is readily available at very good price. Staff very friendly and professional. I love Swissotel Ankara and the hospitality. Will come again for sure.

Wonderful, friendy staff that go out of their way to meet ever guests needs. 5 stars to Sevda for her friendly smile and extra help. Room was a bit noisy and I asked to move and they kindly changed me to a different room, with no issues.

Hilton never lets me down. As soon as you enter the hotel you will see little details taken care perfectly. The check in process was smooth and quick. We stayed at this hotel for one week. It’s kept very well, all public areas and rooms clean and inviting. Staff at the breakfast buffet as well as health spa helpful and respectful. The housekeeping staff very thorough in their daily work, it was a pleasure to stay there.

Rooms not cleaned, poor lighting, small room, narrow shower place. Corridors had bad old rugs smell. Windows had good city view but were stained from outside. Overall experience was disappointing.

Positive points 1. There was misunderstanding about the room type that the reception handled it well. 2. Everyone could speak English well which is rare in Ankara!! Negative points 1. Breakfast could be better 2. One locker smelled weirdly bad, I had a short stay and didn't use that locker.

I recently had a fantastic one-night stay at Alba Hotel. The room was sparkling clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location in Kizilay is unbeatable, with restaurants, shops, and shopping malls all within walking distance. I highly recommend Alba Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Ankara!

I liked it, services was like an standard 4 star. Remember there is no swimming pool if its important to you.

Good location, very nice breakfast, facilities were excellent, gym, sauna, steam room and Turkish baths, could spend a whole day in this area. Negatives were the room was not very clean, there was rubbish left in the bin from the previous guests. Also the shower area needed to be cleaned properly, actually the whole room did. 3 stars for this hotel, would have been 4 only for the cleanliness.

All the staff working there were wonderful and so helpful. Comfortable, clean rooms. A quick swim in the pool - a bit cold, hot tub not working, breakfast food was fresh and varied. Could hear some outside noise from my room with windows closed but with fan on was tolerable. Thanks to all the staff! Appreciate your efforts.

Everything is just fantastic. Massage was really good and i recommend it. Hamam room in the spa it is a very traditional and beautiful place, visitors must see how people were having bath in the past.❤️👍

We liked the hotel location- it’s next to Armada mall and restaurant street, so you can walk for nice meals and coffee nearby. Superbusy area. Spa is ok, nothing special though. Well, the location is nice no outstanding views but close to everything downtown. The service inside the rooms is kind of poor! No toothbrush, no toothpaste and no loofah. They have a gym as they said went down twice couldn’t find it 😂. Should be 4-star hotel

I loved the location, in the heart of downtown nest to the cafes still very quiet place. Receptions and staffs were helpful. Room was clean and breakfast was acceptable for the total price i payed during march. I would have gave last star if they had omelet in the menu and if reception english skills was better.

Very nice location and staff. Everyone was so smiley and helpful. Breakfast menu was also satisfying. The only thing that I didn't like was the shower and hair dryer. The plastic panel that was supposed to keep the water flooding to the bathroom was too small. All bathroom gets wet and slippery. Just be careful and don't slip.

The hotel was very clean, the stuff was very nice. The room we stayed was a bit small but it had everything we could need. The breakfast was good too. The elevator wasn't working when we checked in (late at night) but it got fixed very quickly. Perfect experience.

Nice spa, hygienic, smells nice. However sessions were not 50 mins even though they said so, they were 40mins.

We are going to get massages from almost all the neighbors, gym, baths, swimming pool, at least once a week. They put us in touch with both humble and very experienced employees. Our fitness teacher, Mr. Mukhteshem, and his physiotherapist friends were very helpful. I would say, especially for those who live in Dikmen, it is not in vain that they change the area.

I had a very good one and a half month experience with Asırn Park hotel. Very good and cooperative staff. Very clean and spacious and beautifully decorated room and toilet. And cosy environment.

I spent 2 nights in the Monec hotel. The staff at reception is polite. The room and bedsheets were very clean. Beautiful view from my balcony with nice fresh breeze on mornings.. Generally I like this hotel and its my first choice when am planning to visit Ankara... but in my last visit I just get disappointed because of maintenance in swimming pool .... despite the location which is far from the city center a little bit .. but I surely recomend this hotel to people whos looking for quitness and good value for money

We went for a meeting, it is in a strange place in terms of location. The meeting room is nice, but Hotel has changed the meal time because the Chief will come to the Friday prayer !! This is so weird.

We had a good time at this hotel. The spa was closed they are under renovation. The breakfast was decent. The staff was awesome. Had a small but cozy room.

Decent hotel to stay in. However, parking is only for a maximum of like 3 cars for the whole hotel and is very tight!

The restaurant services was really bad, often they forget bring second dish to one person in table. The waiters didnt speak even basic english. Also food was no tasty and all the time they give the same things for breakfast. All the time there was a problem with key cards.
