I come to this hotel regularly and I am always extremely satisfied with this establishment.

Well, the location is nice no outstanding views but close to everything downtown. The service inside the rooms is kind of poor! No toothbrush, no toothpaste and no loofah. They have a gym as they said went down twice couldn’t find it 😂. Should be 4-star hotel

The rooms were incredibly hot. No ability to control the AC. The staff had to bring a fan in which helped. Not ideal.

Beautiful Hotel with an amazing Restaurant, the breakfast was just perfect. Staff in the reception, restaurant again both professional and polite. Only 1 small problem, My TV was horrible, horrible picture, reminded me of Poland in the 70's..... AirCon also didn't work, however nit a problem, the room was perfectly clean and nice, a real pleasure to stay.

Positive points 1. There was misunderstanding about the room type that the reception handled it well. 2. Everyone could speak English well which is rare in Ankara!! Negative points 1. Breakfast could be better 2. One locker smelled weirdly bad, I had a short stay and didn't use that locker.

We are going to get massages from almost all the neighbors, gym, baths, swimming pool, at least once a week. They put us in touch with both humble and very experienced employees. I have stayed in INN HOUSE LOFT SPA for almost four weeks. The rooms are big and clean. I felt like I was at home because of the staff’s absolute care and kindness. There is a walking track approximately 3 minutes away from the hotel which is well made and lively. Atakule is approximately 10-15 minutes with a car and costs around 40-50 TL by taxi.

Room cozy and clean and comfortable. Location not downtown but in safe quiet neighbourhood and only five to 10 minutes to downtown by taxi that is readily available at very good price. Staff very friendly and professional. I love Swissotel Ankara and the hospitality. Will come again for sure.

Generally I like this hotel and its my first choice when am planning to visit Ankara... but in my last visit I just get disappointed because of maintenance in swimming pool .... despite the location which is far from the city center a little bit .. but I surely recomend this hotel to people whos looking for quitness and good value for money

We went for a meeting, it is in a strange place in terms of location. The meeting room is nice, but Hotel has changed the meal time because the Chief will come to the Friday prayer !! This is so weird.

The hotel was very clean, the stuff was very nice. The room we stayed was a bit small but it had everything we could need. The breakfast was good too. The elevator wasn't working when we checked in (late at night) but it got fixed very quickly. Perfect experience.

Nice spa, hygienic, smells nice. However sessions were not 50 mins even though they said so, they were 40mins.

I went there for a both standard and foam massage. Both personnel at the desk and massaging were very friendly.. and also it was a very relaxing massage.. thanks a lot
