This is our second time. The rooms are clean and almost soundproof. Breakfast and cafe have decent food and drinks. The staff are super friendly and always try to find a solution even if it is not their job.

All amenities were provided very beautiful hotel. INTERNET was not working in our room. We had so much problem as I had to book tour for next day. AC vent was behind the sofa and curtain. So the rest of the room was hot

Rooms are not soundproof, so I could hear the cars passing by. The hotel is on the main road. We were 4 people but only 2 single blankets were there. One of my kids was without blanket. They start early at 7 till 10

There are many halls of different sizes which one can use to host from small business meetings to huge church gatherings. The hotel is very close to the train station and bus station making it very statically positioned

There is also a shopping mall a few hundred metres from the hotel for those who might like shopping. Not only that just close to the hotel is a line of very good restroraunts for the food lovers

Lastly there is heavy security of armed policemen just a stone throw away from the hotel so it is quite a safe place!

Mid-range hotel located in the city center with spacious rooms, friendly non-English speaking staff and reasonable cleanliness. The breakfast buffet offers everything you need, egg dishes are freshly prepared.

Great location-main shopping street and restaurants are just around the corner. Sound insulation was very good, you won’t get disturbed by the noise. I loved the cleanliness everyone 👌 AC worked very well

I stayed at Kahya Otel for 16 nights. The Hotel was great in many aspects. I requested a shuttle and they were punctual and helpful. Room service was great, house keeping on time. Very clean and well organized

Also, it's a non-smoking hotel but apparently someone in one of the rooms didn't get the memo because the smell occasionally came through the vents. As a solution, I was given air freshener spray

The staff are nicer once you speak Turkish or attempt to. One of the housekeeping ladies was extremely kind and loved her job. She was always eager to help keep the room clean

I wouldn't consider this a Western 4-star hotel, more so 3-star. It has the basics and it's close to Kizilay Square so you have a lot of shopping and restaurant options

The internet was pretty good but the bathroom was very small and the bedding and lighting wasn't the best. Sometimes small rips in the sheets and very dim lights

Towards the end of the stay, the A/C stopped working and was turned off for repairs. All in all, for a short term stay it's not that bad

totally it's a great hotel, we stayed at this hotel for 4 nights everything was fine but at the first night, room was cold but after we told them it became warmer, the breakfast was great and enough for 4 star hotel and also the wifi was wonderful, but at the end they charged us for water bottles they put in our minibar everyday, we didn't expect it cause it's a 4 star and waters should included in...

My visit to this hotel was because of a delayed flight and it was really hectic so I shouldn't say much. There were A LOT of defects in my room, but the staff tried hard to keep us comfy so 3 stars.

Great hotel! Clean, comfortable, quiet, delicious Turkish breakfast and free parking. Walking to the main tourist sites was not possible but getting taxis was a breeze. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend!

Stayed here as part of a holiday tourist package. Tour guide told us the area was a little seedy. I did go out just down the road for dinner - it was oky. The buffet breakfast wasn’t good - not much selection

Hotel is very close some important places like Ankara Castle, Hacı Bayram Veli Mosque, Roman Baths and Ulus Square which you can use metro station to go other places like Kızılay Square or by using buses

I was here in 2017, it was a good hotel in general, but you should keep in mind that the area isn't that much safe at night, so don't walk alone after 10 pm

Receptionists are not very kind and each time I want to get my car back in or out the hotel's garage I wait up to 5 minutes till the guard comes and open it!

The espresso machine had an issue but they were very kind to offer us free Turkish coffee instead, so thanks for that! Disliked · The service at the restaurant was a bit slow but the meals were so tasty I can't complain too much! The spa was closed due to Covid but again everything else was so good that we didn't mind this and it is not their fault
