This hotel has served us well during several trips to Ankara! Quiet and calm even though its close to everything. Service is impeccable and any little concern or problem is solved with ease.

I am staying here right now and very pleased with this hotel, the location is great, the room and bed are very comfortable. The morning breakfast is total a great selling point. The foods are good and great variety.

Junior suite room is highly recommended. Spacious, clean. Location is walking distance to the train station etc. Please make the wi fi better. Very beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms and beds. The staff were kind, helpful, friendly and driven towards customer satisfaction. Amazing breakfast and alla cart menu in the dining restaurant. Minor downside is the fact that alcohol is not served in the hotel. However, 15 metres from the hotel is a market which allows you to buy alcohol and consume it in the rooms as allowed by the hotel.

You can get to the hotel to and from Esenboga airport by taxi(around 700TL) or by shuttle bus (100TL). Shuttle buses stop in Kızılay. Cons: Not much. It has a limited city view. The hotel was really nice. The room was clean and organised. However, it was a bit small for three people. The staff were friendly and helpful and we could communicate in English as well. Clean and nice, friendly staff but most of them don't speak English. Rooms are nice and have enough space. AC was on heat in October at night and there is no way to turn on cold, and opening the window was not an option because it's located on a main street, take a light pajama :) breakfast was good with lots of options. The hotel is not very busy. Conveniently located close to train station. For business travelers the download speed is pretty good (meaning you can stream videos on YouTube no problem) but if you will have an online meeting, because the upload speed is low so people on the other end cannot hear you clear. I just used my own cellphone data.

The hotel is nice clean and location was right what is wanted close to many foreign embassies where i came to renew my passport. The only downside is the smell of sewage in the isles of the hotel. Basic hotel, Basic everything. Room has a weird Desgin, not practical but very funny we had a good laugh. In the small room almost nothing from a design and utility perspective made sence.
