17 mins from the airport 20tl A beautiful hotel. Completely empty due to covid. Such a shame. The staff looked after us really well even though we didn't arrive until after midnight. .

I did use the gym, which is fully equipped and clean. Food was served 3 times a day, can’t say it’s bad. If you’re stuck in Ankara Airport overnight, I’d highly recommend this hotel

I was given a nights stay from Turkish airlines after missing a connecting flight. Hotel is big and beautiful, though a bit old. No water kettle or anything extra in the room

It is my second time at the Grand Ankara Hotel. It is very comfortable. Besides the very important people you see in the lobby (that may make you nervous) it is very nice . Especially The Swimming Pool !!!

I would give the staff and the restaurant a 5 stars but the room is 3 or below, the corridor carpet is very old and in bad condition, the room and the bathroom condition is way below the standard of 4 stars hotel, but the location is great and the restaurant is so good, the breakfast is one of the best

1- Some of the staff don’t speak English and can take too long to send orders to the rooms 2- The amenities offered in the rooms are Turkish brands not international brands 3- The cleanliness of the rooms showed a low importance on cleanliness as the cleanliness of the cabinets and tables are not up to standard 4- The service in the restaurant was good but the breakfast was not really satisfying in...

only the above mentioned distance. also nearby place a taxi stand. not too many the hotels have car's. The helicopters also help the hotels to the expensive goods services

Some lights were not working in the room despite mentioning this to the reception, they didn't follow up with it nor sent anyone to fix it! Not the best service. They need to teach their staff how to speak English

On the other hand, breakfast was good, for my trip the location was close by most of the places I needed to be at as well as close to most of the distinguished places and well-known areas in Ankara

really good price/performance ratio. Clean rooms. Breakfast was ok, not bad. The only problem was parking. Renovating the parking lot during the holidays (Feast of Ramadan) is a very bad choice for planning.

150 lira is not a problem at all, but why can't you just include that to the price of the room? They can't even put the bill to your room, you have to bring your credit card to spa with you

There are many good resturants in the area and coffee shops , also there is a shopping center few minutes away from the hotel

As someone who frequently travels, I am always on the lookout for outstanding hotels that exceed my expectations, and Latanya Hotel in Ankara did not disappoint! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a level of cleanliness that truly impressed me

Latanya Hotel was great, stayed there for 5 days had an indoor pool, had a spa salon which was closed at the day of my visit, had many amenities in our room, our beds were pretty comfy, there was a vintage and modern-look combined together

Overall, I cannot recommend Latanya Hotel enough for an exceptional stay in Ankara. The gym facilities, cleanliness, pleasant aroma, and outstanding service provided by the staff truly set this hotel apart

I recently stayed at the Point Hotel and it was truly a remarkable experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the room was spacious and beautifully decorated, and the amenities were top-notch, the food at the on-site restaurant was delicious

The room was very clean and usable were in sealed bags. Breakfast was top of the range, anything one can really wish. The staff at the restaurant had a very impressive manner, very polite and attentive

Reception at breakfast by Iram and Omer Captain was great, welcoming and refreshing

I was located on the 7th floor and had a very nice view of part of the city. Upon entering the room it was spacious, clean and nice. There were carpets throughout except for in the bathroom area

  Had separate shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel.   Bath had lotion and bar hand soap.   No extra amenities were in the bathroom. An issue I had was there were slippers provided but I did notice a lack of a robe

The shower water was basically consistent in temperature but wasn't 100% consistent with pressure. The attached shower head was broken so could only use the overhead rain shower which didn't put out much pressure

The bathroom lights are either all on or all off - same for the entry/bedroom all seem to be on only 1 on/off control. The Spa: I would like to add that my experience at the spa was very mixed

Dinner is a plated meal which was not horrible but the drinks were extremely overpriced for the quality.   The breakfast seemed plentiful and I rather enjoyed the odd display of desserts

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone, pick something else, there are a lot of good businesses hotels in Ankara

Breakfast excellent with a wide variety of dishes and prompt service The rooms were comfortable, with a nice view, we found what we needed and the service was excellent!

The hotel is located in a newly developed area, 10-15 minutes drive from the traditional city center, its monuments and museums

There are many shopping malls nearby and boulevards cross the area making it easy to enter and exit the city

We gave our clothes for the laundry service, and hotel crew lost some of our stuff. They were looking for it for 5 days, and at the day of our departure just admitted that they can’t find anything

I asked them to at least not charge us for this service, since lost items were really important for us (and expensive), but manager rejected this

The breakfast was also very good both days with a wide selection and staff recommending the local dishes - even going beyond showing how we mix the local platter. The staff are kind and very welcoming and helpful

This is a nice and relatively affordable real hotel. Because in this area there a lot which are called love hotels but this is a real good quality hotel in the very center of the old city

The highlight though and to which we are very grateful to the staff and hotel for their exceptional service - we left all our three coats in the cupboard when we drove off to Istanbul - only to realise we left it behind when we arrived In Istanbul

We observed that COVID-19 situation was taken seriously by the hotel management and all guests including all staff members wearing mask. Breakfast service was excellent and location of the hotel is also very good

I was only in the conference hall for a celebration. Very big, clean, friendly staff, nice food. The lavatories were also very clean and looked luxurious. This was the 2nd time I was there, and I was not disappointed

All amenities were provided very beautiful hotel. INTERNET was not working in our room. We had so much problem as I had to book tour for next day. AC vent was behind the sofa and curtain. So the rest of the room was hot

Rooms are not soundproof, so I could hear the cars passing by. The hotel is on the main road. We were 4 people but only 2 single blankets were there. One of my kids was without blanket. They start early at 7 till 10

They found out we were there for our honeymoon and to visit our in laws and have a traditional party and they sent us a platter full of goodies and treated us like royalty
