OTTO LOFT Premium Apartments

Great . Thank you for the reviews .I just change my mind after reading the negative reviews and dirty place/Sofa 🙈.

We went to spend 2 nights, but it was horrific !!!

Parking is not very easy to access very tight entrances and very tight to park the car, and no access from the parking to the reception so we have to drop our luggage before going to the parking having kids and wife airy plenty of bags is not easy even at the entrance of the reception no one is helping to take your luggage and there is few stairs so again need to lift all this bags again !!!

Second thing the dirtiness of the room and smell, the Sofa is not clean where my kids slept on, so we asked for clean bed shift to put on !

The blanket was clean but there was cigarette holes, I really can’t understand a hotel can provide such blanket !!!

The Owner of the hotel is rude never respond to our questions, very unprofessional guy….

The dishes was in a bad shape the plates in plastic we have booked for 4 guest but we got just 2 dishes any way we were eating mostly outside, and the owner ask to wash the dishes before leaving hahaha that’s fantastic !!

Any way I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone,

And I’m sure the people who have put 4 or 5 stars ⭐️ in the review they might be his friends not a real visitors !!!

Before sharing my worst experience with this most dirtiest place I would try to control my anger.This hotel is a hell like dirty with unexperienced, rude and indiscipline staff. They fight while talking to you when you tell them the bad things about their hotel. My room was too dirty and was smelling like garbage box. I was so uncomfortable with the smell and told them to clean my room once again and I can wait in a lobby. But they started fighting instead of fixing the problems. I went for check in at 10.30 pm and it took 45 minutes to listen their excuses and bear tgeir rude and illiterate behaviour. But it was enough and at least I couldn't stay in that hell like hotel. So I left everything even paid money and searched for another hotel.
Don't ever trust this hotel's website or available pictures. All is fake. They even don't return you paid money easily. So beware of otto loft hotel

This apartment is a scam and all the reviews are fake.. photos posted by the owner are nothing like the apartment's. The apartments are dirty as hell, I stayed for 5 nights and they were the longest 5 nights of my life, the heating is not working and the staff is horrible and only speak turkish. The ONLY good thing about this place is the location and NOTHING else literally NOTHING ELSE. So please be careful and don’t believe the reviews, they are fake reviews. Based on the ratings and the comments we chose it but it’s a huge scam. I don’t know how did people had this really good experience in such a place. To be honest the workers there were so nice and helpful but the rooms need renovation. The waters were cut for a while, the sofas and beds were full of hair strands. The floors weren’t clean at all. The kitchen sink smelled like a rotten pond. Thought during the pandemic hotels will be more hygienic but not this place.

After seeing the pictures and reading all those good reviews, we had expected it to be better. The room was not cleaned very well. A lot of hairs everywhere on the ground and dirty walls. We were awake until late in the night, because other guests were having a party. The management should tell their guests to be quiet after a certain time.
In general, not a good experience.

The room wasn't clean and it takes a day for a day to clean again and they just clean the floor. In the kitchen the the utensils was useless. And the really funny part right after checking in they asked to give them five stars.
