We recently stayed at this hotel and were very impressed! The rooms are clean, cozy, and have a modern design. The staff is polite and always ready to help. The breakfast is varied and delicious, with options for everyone. The location is convenient, close to major attractions. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, making you feel at home. We will definitely come back! Highly recommend to everyone!

Hotel room is really small and they only turn heat up to +5 in winter time! It’s 0 degree out there and the room is not warm at all! On top of that, the hair dryer only works for 2 seconds! Don’t ever book this hotel!

Not a bad hotel, the only issue is turkey hotels dont have individual room heating or a/c so in november its warm here for canadians, but you have no choice but to leave the window open at night
we had a couple rooms, and one room only had a half shower glass so the washroom would flood, The other room the sink kept flooding, Most hotels have face towels- this one didnt.
Breakfast buffet had many varieties, dinmer buffet the sauteed chicken was excellent

We stayed for one night of a longer group tour. Hotel was clean and sufficiently maintained. Buffet at breakfast and dinner was good. We walked to a local restaurant for dinner. The area is full of businesses (plumbing supply etc.) There are only a few restaurants open late.

One of the worst experiences staying at this hotel. I paid for a suite and I got two rooms, they did not have any suite available at that time, so I ended up paying 900 lira extra to stay there with my family. The person who charged 900 extra told me that soft drinks and water are complementary. The day I left the hotel, I was additionally charged 950 lira for soft drinks. Very very rude staff I would not recommend anyone to stay there especially if you are travelling with family.

Great location; staff was professional but room are very outdated (maybe from 1980) and the a/c thermostat is not controlled from the room but rarer from a central console; so you have no way to control the temperature from the room; very hot and unpleasant night; the main service of the hotel is provide and appropriate room for the guesses to sleep, but if you dont sleep due to issues with the hotels systems or building them everything else dont really mater; we report the situation to front desk but dint have any respond or action; so we assume this is the way it is. This was our experience, but if you bring a good fan the location of the building is great and you will also have a variate of food in the breakfast

The break fast was so lovely and your services so nice. The waitress were very helpful kind and nice. They attended to us and were very attentive to our needs . I want to appreciate the ladies especially Icran who was so nice to us and I will come back any time because of the good service.

I was at this amazing place for more than 10 days for my business trip. I am glad my firm arranged the room in is otel. My room had view of Anıtkabir, where the father and the hero of the Turks resting in peace. Rooms very clean and the bed is soft like clouds. But I need to make a special thank you for the restaurant crew. Food was amazing and the crew was caring. If I need to have place to crush next time, this otel will be the first place.

I have stayed at various Radisson Blu hotels and this is THe worst experience. Even with dinner no simple drinking water was available. One has to buy. We are two people in the room and only one 500 ml water bottle for the whole night.
Story does not end here. We went down into the bar with a couple for a drink. The bartender will not give water to drink. We got 100 ml water in the paper cup to share. Pathetic experience so far.

If you need a decent internet connection, stay away. It barely works. If you want to drink something at the lobby bar, make sure you have cash. Credit card payments are a pain and it takes forever to receive your order. Breakfast is modest at best and you don't have a closet in the room.
