This is the worst place i have ever stayed. There were found 2 bugs in 2 different rooms, in the third room a noisy air conditioner didn’t let me sleep. The service is just horrible, people barely speak english here. Also i had to wait for some time outside before they let me in while they were busy with their deals.
This place isn’t worth even a single star.

It’s nearby almost everything , big Bazar and mosque 🕌 and museums .
Day shift team were amazing and welcoming.
They are doing remodeling to the rooms, That’s why there’s an issue with the WIFI 🛜 but not a big deal since i got a local number has internet.
My advice is to be very careful from the night shift old man as he seems to take advantage of the young girls who are staying there.
I went for a walk outside and get some coffee where everyone were closed so i came back to hotel and he offered me a tea ☕️ I accept it cuz i had a headache 🤕 but then he started flirting with me and asked me to have a wine with him ! I told him i am a Muslim thanks God i don’t drink alcohol at all, then he insisted to have dinner with him! I rejected that and tried to run back to my room!.
Please be careful.

Disgusting behaviour by arrogant staff members, despite being repeat customers; they had the audacity of questioning me and my partner's marital status, and then refuse service because we aren't engaged! Thankfully another wonderful staff member intervened, but we will not forget the unprofessional treatment we received, and will never set foot in that place again. If they act like this towards their regular customers, think of the way you will be treated as you'll be considered a stranger.

Our check in was easy, our room was not ready, had to wait in the lobby, which we didn't mind. After about 5 minutes or so, we got assigned a room on the 5th floor, room 503. The room looks newly renovated, and still smell of paint. The bathroom door was missing when we entered, and after about 20 minutes, the workers came knocking to say can they come in to attach the bathroom door, we let them in and they did it quickly.
The room is very basic. The bed was comfortable, the shower was good, however the toilet is too high up, your feet barely touches the floor. It is also so close to the sink that you cannot comfortably sit.
They only gave us one towel for two people. The wifi is terribly poor. And the elevator is out half of the time. We did not have the breakfast for the time we stayed. The good is, the area is full of shopping and restaurants.

Worst ever service for 3 star hotel. Price was 80 tl per room but charged 170 tl . When challenged came up with excuses. We had no choice but to take two rooms.
No heating for two nights no decent breakfast. Very poor service, beds with bad mattresses also stinking of smoke. Never ever visit this place again

There's no hot water in my room, the shower isn't functioning properly. I wouldn't recommend to stay there

Modestly priced, very friendly, serviceable staff. I had a room with lots of space and a great view (5th floor). Great location, if you like Ulus, the old, bustling and historic district at the north end of the city, and only a 20 minute walk (or 5 min taxi ride) from the downtown Kızılay district. Breakfast, included in the price, left a little to be desired, but adequate nonetheless (and there are a hundred good eateries within 1-10 min walking distance). Wifi connection was a little chancy, but functional 95% of the time. (And again, the staff are very serviceable, so for example, if you don't quite like your room, just ask to see another.) All in all, Çok güzel!
