Having stayed at numerous serviced apartments worldwide, this one stands out as particularly disappointing and misleading. Despite thoroughly reading the reviews beforehand, we didn’t encounter a single negative comment, which now feels suspicious. After our stay, we’ve learned to approach such reviews with skepticism.

We arrived late at night, only to find that the entrance was located down a dark, uninviting alley. While the location is conveniently close to the old town, the arrival experience was unsettling and not the warm welcome we had hoped for.

On our first day, we discovered the stove, despite appearing functional, didn’t work. Although we relied on the microwave and chose not to report it initially, the situation was disappointing. After leaving a review, management responded dismissively, insisting the stove was operational—an outright dishonest claim.

Despite booking for three guests, we were only provided with two sets of towels. When I requested a third set, the male manager refused, stating it wasn’t their policy. This response felt unhelpful and unnecessarily rigid.

The washers and dryers, while appearing clean, emitted a foul smell when used. Out of necessity, we had to clean them ourselves, which was inconvenient and frustrating, especially during a long stay.

Adding to our discomfort, many rooms face west and become unbearably hot by evening. The air conditioning units were ineffective, failing to cool the rooms properly and leaving us uncomfortable after long days of touring.

While the night manager was consistently unhelpful and dismissive, the day manager—a kind and proactive lady—was fantastic. She went out of her way to assist us and address concerns when we raised them upon returning from our daily outings. Unfortunately, her willingness to help couldn’t undo the unpleasant experiences of the first and second nights, which were too dramatic to ignore.

In conclusion, while the day manager’s efforts were commendable, the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing. The property may initially appear attractive, but an extended stay reveals several issues that staff are either unwilling or unable to address. I cannot recommend this property and suggest looking elsewhere for a more reliable and accommodating stay.
