Reviews
Positives:
The hotel is nicely decorated, full of greenery and palm trees. We were satisfied with the pools – one large and three smaller ones, including one with slides for children. We were given rooms on the top floor with a pool view, which we really liked. The main restaurant is spacious, and the food was tasty (especially dinners). The bar offered a decent drink selection. The beach is large, sandy, and well-maintained, with sun loungers and canopy shades. Every evening there was a short entertainment program, and the “Turkish Night” especially stood out. Beach towels could be exchanged using towel cards, which was convenient.
Negatives:
Upon arrival, we received no information at all from the reception. Our room had a humidity problem and an unpleasant smell, and we were not offered a room change. Bed linens and towels were not changed regularly. In our parents’ room, the bed linens were not changed even once in 10 days – which is unacceptable. The beach restaurant and bar were neglected – tables were dirty, food options were poor, and the staff often refused to give us ice, even though it was over 37°C. After lunch, the floor was dirty, and waiters didn’t wipe the tables. There were no cocktails available at the beach bar.
Transportation to the beach was poorly organized and ended too early. Until 4:15 PM, a van took guests to the beach, and after that, a regular car with only four seats was used. Guests had to wait in line, and the seats were wet and dirty. Transportation is only available until 6:00 PM, and after that you have to walk back if you want to stay at the beach longer. The shuttle should run at least until 7:00 PM – leaving the beach before 6 PM is simply too early. Very, very bad.
Sun loungers at the pool were “reserved” early in the morning with towels, and the staff did nothing to stop it. If you come to the pool at 8 AM, you won’t find a single free lounger. Ice cream is served only one hour a day, sometimes even less.
The hotel is full of small children, and the noise is constant, even in the morning. On 6 out of the 10 mornings, we were woken up by screaming kids, and of course, the parents didn’t care that their children were disturbing other guests. The hotel is family-friendly, but we didn’t expect it to be so full of small children.
Beach staff do not clean regularly – empty glasses are not collected throughout the day, unlike in other hotels. The hotel owner walks around the property checking if everything is in order, but as a friendly piece of advice – he should also visit the restaurant and beach bar to see the mess and neglect that exists there.
The hotel itself is partially freshly renovated, although you notice on some details that there is a potential for more renovation. However, this was minor things and didn’t bother us at all. Rooms are clean, restaurant and bar are very clean as well and the quality of food and drinks were really really good.
Overall, we are very happy with our stay!
Our room was standards but spacious and comfortable .every day they clean the rooms .
The atmosphere of the hotel is very nice lots of trees and plants .good activities for kids and lots of pools
I never swam in swimming pool because every day I went to the sea and swam there as they have free beach bus shuttle every 15 minutes from 09:00am -18:00 .and for lunch you can stay at the beach and eat there as they have nice choice of grills and food .
Drinks and refreshment available at the beach during the day .
Highly recommend it and great hotel
Location is great
Nice, calm atmosphere. Nice complex with many buildings.
The rooms may look a little worn, but it didn't disturb our vacation. Vacation is a time to relax, and then you don't need to pay attention to every tiny problem.
The food was really good at every meal, lots of vegetarian options as well.
You could get to the beach by minibuses every quarter of an hour.
The beach is clean and has clean water.
At the hotel, wide variety of local drinks are available.
At the beachbar beer, whitewine, redwine, Coke and Sprite and few other options too.
In addition to drinks, the beach bar also had a good, varied small lunch available every day.
Some of the staff in hotel look a bit bored or tired, but mostly polite and nice.
We would like to give our special thanks to the hotel employees Ozan, Fatma, Dilek, Esra and Turan.
Thank you for a nice holiday.
We would not hesitate to use the same hotel if we ever return to Side.

The food was another letdown—repetitive, dry, and far from enjoyable. The staff were mostly young and inexperienced, offering little help when issues arose. Honestly, the only redeeming factors were the size of the room (once we finally got it) and the proximity to a nice beach. Unfortunately, those positives don't make up for the underhanded practices and poor service. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you're prepared to deal with a scam and mediocre amenities.
