Espina Hotel

I had a truly disappointing stay at Espina Hotel. Halfway through my stay, I discovered ants all over my room floor. You'd expect a boutique hotel to maintain a higher standard, but clearly, that wasn't the case. After a night with the ants (they couldn’t provide any other room that night as the two available were uncleaned) the hotel finally agreed to move me to another room. However, they refused to provide any form of refund or compensation.

I understand that issues can arise, but the lack of concern or customer service from the management was shocking. No apology, no effort to make up for the inconvenience, just a brush-off. For a hotel that claims to offer a luxurious experience, they failed miserably in basic hygiene and customer care.

The hotel housekeeping was also not very good, as it seemed the only thing they would do is change sheets and towels. Floors would still have hair and dust even after they cleaned.

Save yourself the trouble and choose another hotel in Antalya. There are plenty of better options where guests are treated with respect and the rooms are actually clean!

If you want to sleep good, in a calm peaceful place then NEVER NEVER NEVER pick this hotel. I wanted to sleep there one night before my flight and it was a terrible mistake. It was extremely noisy whole night (and it was a Monday night, not even Friday etc.). They played loud music till 3 a.m. I called reception three times, nothing changed and went downstairs finally. Since common sense I wasn't available in the place. I assumed some drunk tourists don't listen the management and open their music themselves but no, it was hotel's bars speakers. Can you imagine? They literally let whole building to be disturbed so few people can get drunk and listen very loud music. And night manager or whoever it was, told me that they are staying here for a week and I am staying only for a night. So their happiness is more important. After one of the most meaningless conversation of my life with the manager, other tourists saw the scene and came to ask what's up, I explained them. They actually were so drunk but more understanding and civilized than the hotel's staff and they said sorry and shut down the music. Apart from that some other noises, smashing doors etc. continued till morning. Best part of my stay was actually leaving from this place. This hotel is only good for young party people who want to get drunk everyday.
