Old Town Point Hotel & Spa Antalya

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Old Town Point Hotel & Spa in Antalya, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself was spotless, and my room was meticulously clean and well-maintained.

One of the highlights of my stay was the assistance the staff provided in booking a tour. They were knowledgeable and made the entire process seamless. Additionally, they generously offered me free drinks, which was a lovely touch.

The true testament to their outstanding service came after I had already left the hotel and flown to Fethiye. I realized I had forgotten some of my clothes in the closet. I called the hotel, and they immediately offered to mail my clothes to my current location. This level of service went above and beyond my expectations, and I am incredibly grateful for their help.

Overall, the Old Town Point Hotel & Spa provides a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and exceptional customer service. I look forward to returning in the future and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Antalya.

Our first time visiting Antalya and without a doubt, The Old Point Hotel is the real deal. Staff are so caring and empathetic! A 4 star hotel located within Antalya's city centre and there a plethora of sites to visit, just a stones throw away.

The breakfast buffet is out of this world and more importantly, the staff are there to help you to holiday in Antalya with magic. Trust me, an wonderful experience and a high class experience for an amazing price. There are plenty of places to see within walking distance including the beach and the Marina if you prefer a boat ride. I will be staying here again if the time comes. Amazing hotel without a doubt😎

Location, facilities, breakfast was amazing offered a load of choices. Kids loved the pool as it was clean and had pool equipment for kids to use . Also used the spa for a facial. The staff were brilliant & friendly felt like a home. Loved it. Definitely would recommend it.

The staff were friendly and helpful.
I read other reviews and thought I should put that first. Maybe I was lucky, maybe the management have made changes, but the staff seemed to be happy to serve guests.
The room was clean, the hotel was quiet and efficient. The breakfast was good, and everything seemed to be as expected.
The road outside gets busy, the sofas are a nice place to have a coffee and watch the world go by.

Would highly recommend if planning a trip to Antalya. Central location in the city with easy access to taxis. Staff were helpful. Large selection of items for Turkish breakfast. Rooms were cleaned and tidied daily. Walking distance from shopping areas. Rooms had air conditioning and television with local channels only. Good shower. No bathtub. One elevator only though.

Spa downstairs had clean facilities. Friendly staff. Really enjoyed my massage. Would go again.

Good things first - really good service. I would especially like to thank Mehmet and Levent at the reception - they were super helpful when I stayed few days here by myself as well as when we stayed with the group. Always positive attitude and ready to help!

The hotel is close to the main street - walking distance to Kaleiçi.

The big minus goes for the thin walls - I was always lucky to have a quiet room from the street noise - but the noise from neighbours in the surrounding rooms can be frustrating. You can hear what people talk and you might end up quite unlucky if your neighbours decide to party. Although that depends on your luck - it might be that you will have no one around - in this case Old Town Point Hotel would be amazing place to stay for you:)

I stayed at this beautiful hotel for two nights last week in Antalya, Turkey. Lovely, friendly staff. Very welcoming. Clean elegant rooms. Clean shower. Centrally located with lots of shopping and places to eat on the same street. I did not take advantage of the spa, but the breakfasts are amazing. Plenty of choice. Fresh fruit, vegetables, fries, coffee, cheeses. the list goes on and on! I would return for the breakfast alone. A lovely stay and I would definitely return and recommend. Very reasonably priced.

Good hotel, clean, friendly helpful staff.
Breakfast 08:00 - 11:00, good selection of hot and cold food with hot and cold drinks available.
Room was good size with shower bathroom.
Treated ourselves to a massage and sauna on site, the ladies in charge were very polite and professional.
Taxi price to and from hotel to airport 650 Lire.
Booking out was 12:00 noon.
Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby or if you don't mind walking out of tourist area.
Close to sea but a walk to the beach will take 20-30mins, beach is pebbles and stones not sandy.
Water is beautifully clear with regular sightings of jellyfish.
Day excursions available from the hotel if you ask the receptionist.
