Old Town Point Hotel & Spa Antalya

Spent a few days there, didn't know what to expect but was very pleasantly surprised. The staff is wonderful, very helpful and go out of their way to please their customers. Very clean rooms and overall a very clean and pleasant hotel. The pool area is a bit small, but clean and refreshing none the less. Breakfast was included and it was one of the best features of the hotel. So delicious. It's family oriented and very quiet. In a great location with walking distance to everything, including a 20 min walk to the old town itself. I would recommend this hotel.

I recommend this place I think is well situated honestly is a nice walk between the hotel and old town Antalya especially in the night. The cleaning was more than perfect for me 👍 just one thing sometimes I found the reception staff being a bit cold and not welcoming face. Nothing against anyone I suppose sometimes is also the language barrier. After all it was a great stay and I recommend it no hesitation!!!

Had a very nice stay here. The rooms were very clean and fresh. The breakfast was plentiful with many options. I really liked the fresh mint lemon water in the lobby. It's in a great location in Antalya with easy walking to restaurants. The service was great with very attentive staff that speak English. Highly recommend this hotel. I took one star off the room because of the large pillar right in between the 2 beds. It took up a lot of space.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Old Town Point Hotel & Spa in Antalya, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself was spotless, and my room was meticulously clean and well-maintained.

One of the highlights of my stay was the assistance the staff provided in booking a tour. They were knowledgeable and made the entire process seamless. Additionally, they generously offered me free drinks, which was a lovely touch.

The true testament to their outstanding service came after I had already left the hotel and flown to Fethiye. I realized I had forgotten some of my clothes in the closet. I called the hotel, and they immediately offered to mail my clothes to my current location. This level of service went above and beyond my expectations, and I am incredibly grateful for their help.

Overall, the Old Town Point Hotel & Spa provides a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and exceptional customer service. I look forward to returning in the future and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Antalya.

Our first time visiting Antalya and without a doubt, The Old Point Hotel is the real deal. Staff are so caring and empathetic! A 4 star hotel located within Antalya's city centre and there a plethora of sites to visit, just a stones throw away.

The breakfast buffet is out of this world and more importantly, the staff are there to help you to holiday in Antalya with magic. Trust me, an wonderful experience and a high class experience for an amazing price. There are plenty of places to see within walking distance including the beach and the Marina if you prefer a boat ride. I will be staying here again if the time comes. Amazing hotel without a doubt😎

Location, facilities, breakfast was amazing offered a load of choices. Kids loved the pool as it was clean and had pool equipment for kids to use . Also used the spa for a facial. The staff were brilliant & friendly felt like a home. Loved it. Definitely would recommend it.

The staff were friendly and helpful.
I read other reviews and thought I should put that first. Maybe I was lucky, maybe the management have made changes, but the staff seemed to be happy to serve guests.
The room was clean, the hotel was quiet and efficient. The breakfast was good, and everything seemed to be as expected.
The road outside gets busy, the sofas are a nice place to have a coffee and watch the world go by.
