Absolutely loved this hotel. So convenient to the port. Couldn’t fault anything. Reception staff were fantastic - helpful, friendly, professional and very service oriented. Offered us complimentary tea and biscuits while waiting for our taxi to the ship. Restaurant was very good. Highly recommended.

end of April 25. Good inexpensive hotel. Clean room, water, slippers. Breakfast you won't go hungry. And also very polite cool staff

Very good room and bathroom, very clean, good towels, bed, pillows, good location as you have everthing close to, room without blackout curtain, which makes it impossible to sleep after 5 am as the sunlight is in the room, breakfast morning with few options and if you arrive at 9:30am they are no longer restocking food, only if you ask. We had to ask for the room to be cleaned 5 times throughout the day, and they only cleaned it at 6pm. If you stay close to the rooms with the emergency exit next door, you will wake up early with the cleaning girls smoking and talking loudly on the stairs, we had to call reception to get them to leave, because speaking in English they didn’t understand. balcony that they are offering is fake, there isn’t balcony, just a fake balcony as you can’t even put your feet inside (French balcony).

Good hotel, 15 minutes to the sea, they gave me a room with a view of the mountains, very chic, few people, always free sunbeds, excellent breakfasts, shops and a public transport stop nearby.

The Leaf Port is decent enough. The rooms are clean, the hotel as a whole is quiet, staff are friendly enough when I’ve needed them.
My only complaint is that the showers are barely warm most days, sometimes they need to run for 5 minutes for them to be only moderately warmer than cold. I’ve no idea why.
I didn’t try the restaurant as I’ve always eaten out, it never seems overly busy.

Despite our requests, the hotel did not fix the problem we reported a few days ago. The hotel turned off the light in our room until the end of the trip and we didn’t even hear a word sorry. You cannot order food from the restaurant to the hotel, you can only use the hotel menu, where the food did not suit us because we eat different cuisines. The hotel smells of cigarettes upstairs. The cleaners did not clean the toilets. The Internet in the hotel is terrible, it keeps turning off and you have to enter data. After several attempts, we decided to buy our own Internet. Small and medium standard rooms.

I gave 4 stars because of staff and the restaurant! Reception guy was very welcoming and helpful, speaks English and Russian. The breakfast was exceptional, everything was fresh and very delicious, even fried spinach was yummy. The hotel looked new and nice, but the room on the 0 floor had bad smell from shower, also showers (we had 2 bed/2bath room) didn’t have a doors. 1 of the shower just useless, cause it’s located directly next to front door in the center of the room with no doors at all🤷♀️. The other room on the 1st floor was good, but they need to add some furniture, for example, they have a nice coach, but no coffee table. The pool was clean, but cold and the jacuzzi was ice cold too, children were disappointed. The public beach is 5-10 minutes walk, nice and free.

the breakfast was very poor...doesn't worth it at all with few choices and mostly eggs and same things every day.
the location is really far away from the main attractions! you need to walk for 30 min to reach the good beach!

Disappointed. At first sight the hotel looks nice and modern, but there are many faults to discover under this facade. The room we stayed in was a family room, we discovered to find that there was a shower door missing. We notified the receptionist the same evening that we had arrived. She said that she will send a technician the next morning to check. She said that she saw it there before.( I guess the previous guest must have taken the door with them huh (???)). We followed up the next morning and the day time reception told us that it will take two days to order one. Why do you rent out a room that’s missing a shower door? We also found a couple of cockroaches in one of the washrooms. At breakfast there wasn’t much selection and they charge you extra if you want your eggs scrambled. Only complementary bottled water is offered on day 1 of your stay, not daily. We tried their laundry service and when it was returned back to us we found a few socks from another guest in our batch of clothing. Not worth all of this for the price we paid. This also isn’t a family friendly place as they will sometimes play music videos with vulgar images in the front lobby.

You should not go to this hotel...Appearances are deceiving...The bed is full of acarians...The smell inside the bathrooms...So bad...Payed a lot for 3 nights of real hell...Every night we slept scratching our bodies... From the large number of Acarians insects
