This hotel looks so good to be true. It is cheap and in a good location, but the rooms are not like in the photos they advertised. Check out my photos to see the actual condition of some bathrooms. Other rooms share the toilet and this is not mentioned in when you book. We saw a lot of people arrive and leave minutes later because the hotel is not what is expected from the pictures. In general the hotel feels pretty deteriorated.

Very nice Hotel and we had good time staying there.
The workers on reception were very nice specially Hussein Abi, who supported us while our staying at the Lily town Hotel.

Hotel is in an excellent location, but this is not quite a hotel. Services are not similar to the hotels, but you'll have everything you need. First, we got a small room, but it was so small that we we're not able to get in with all the luggage and the bathroom was outside, shared. We got an upgrade to a larger room with a private bathroom and we had plenty of space. TV was not working, but at least the AC did. As there were many windows, the noise from outside was annoying, especially during the night.
The hotel staff is very friendly, they help you with everything you need and give you directions. If you need clean towels you need to ask.

The owner was really helpful, hospitable and friendly but the venue itself definitely not what we expected even for 20$. We got a horrible mood from the beginning of the trip due to this accommodation as the apartment was super inconvenient, loud, we heard all the voices next to the door.
I believe the owner has other rooms, better one - but particularly this is a nightmare

Location is good, and staff was nice. However our bedroom was different than they show in pictures. The bathroom was very small, you basically showered where the toilet was and after have shower absolutely everything was flooded. We have the floor of our bathroom flooded all the days. I will never recommend and I will never back again.

Meting is very client-oriented friendly person. We loved staying in his hotel. He helped us with information. Receptionist is an extremely nice snd friendly person, helped us yo book taxi to aeroport for reasonable price. The only small disadvantage is the toilets could be better equipped and be a bit more comfortable for taking shower. Neighbours were a bit talkative at night and we could hear them, may be isolation needs to be improved as well. Thank you for kindness and hospitality

Everything was beyond perfect, The hotel owners make more than their efforts to help us get the best from our stay. The place is sooo calm. Highly recommended. Plus they are fluent in English Wich is something that we don't find everywhere in Türkiye

Stayed here for 4 nights. Absolutely perfect. Metin & his staffs are very helpful and were always cheerful. Helped me with extension of the stay plus the room was perfect.

Friendly hotel located a short walk from the old city. Room was clean with good aircon. Very nice and helpful owners. Can recommend :)

Wonderful family-run boutique hotel in a great location central to many delicious cafés and restaurants near the Kaleiçi. The owner Metin is very friendly, helpful, and accommodating and I really enjoyed chatting with him throughout the week. Will definitely stay here again if I come back to Antalya!
