A reservation we made at a good price through the Obilet mobile app was deemed invalid by the hotel when we arrived after 2 PM. We were told that we were not accepted due to our arrival time, but this was completely an excuse. There was no information provided to us during or after the reservation that indicated any such restriction.
It was very clear that the hotel did not want to honor our reasonably priced reservation. This situation not only ruined our holiday plans but also caused a great deal of inconvenience. I definitely do not recommend this hotel and advise you to stay away.

The rooms are lovely and spacious and the outside sitting area is comfortable with tea and coffee available. The hotel provides water in the airconned lobbies which helped us deal with the heat. The hotel staff are very friendly and very helpful.

I wouldn’t advise you to go there is very dirty hotel and location very poor service very bad condition the reception staff very greedy no air conditioning no lift room very dirty and dark place

This place is to be avoid. This is a tourist trap. You will find much better for less around that location.
-Humidity is trough the roof
-AC Smell like death and cigarette
-Sheet are all stain and not clean, same with the floor.
- I had no air dryer and they don't have enough when it's busy.
-No hot water
-The bathroom are literally falling appart.
And there is much more to say.
I did not enjoyed my stay there.

Avoid! Everything that can be bad, is bad.
- AC Unit smells like cigarette when running
- No hot water and shower head broken in the 2 rooms we tried.
- Cheap doors and not insonorated at all.
- Humidity is unbereable at night
- Sheets are dirty and not well cleaned
- Staff is not kind or caring at all
- Basically a tourist trap with high price
- Breakfast is cheap and could be 4 days old for all O know.
There are better, cheaper hotel in Antalya.

The location is very good for visiting the old town.... Some of the staff are very ignorant with customers especially foreigners. The hotel has no parking available as they advertise on the websites, there's a space there for 4 cars but it's shared with neighbors so no guarantee to park your car. Rooms are outdated, AC is very noisy(if you report to reception you'll be advised that technician will have a look asap....but is just a lie), breakfast is very poor in quality and choice...

Pathetic service & unprofessional attitude. Rooms weren’t ready when we checked in at night. Washrooms were dirty. No proper water drainage in basin. Sink was choked. No warm water in washrooms. No drinking water in rooms. We stayed two nights, even after informing, manager didn’t resolve any of the things except we got warm water at the time of check out. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to visit this hotel with incompetent staff.

The hotel has great location. Clean and cute property. Very cooperative crew ,always have smiling faces. Only problem is car parking. The hotel has car parking capability only five cars. If you can not find parking at the hotel you have to find parking nearby streets. The breakfast is satisfactory and tasty. We are planning to stay again in the future.

The location is great but the hotel is run down and our room was filthy - stained sheets, pillowcases and duvet. mould in the shower, toothpaste and hair all over the bathroom. We stayed for 5 days and our room was not cleaned or serviced once. If we could have moved hotels we would have. We had hot water once in 5 days. Not brave enough to try the restaurant when the rest of the hotel was so poorly looked after and no hot water

This hotel was genuinely the worst hotel I have ever been to. The carpets are loaded with dust and stains, the AC did not work and the room smelt of damp. As soon as I entered the room I started breaking out in hives on my legs and arms, and the AC not working did not help with this at all. The beds were damp? I have no idea why and the hotel itself is extremely outdated, I would not send my worst enemy there.
