it is very cheap and worthwhile, near the ocean and spots. and the landlord update the room for free,

First of all, I need to remind everyone that if you have high requirements for quietness when sleeping, you must not choose it, as it is really noisy. What happens next is that people sing in a pub from around 8 o'clock until midnight. After the singing is over, everyone is drunk and starts singing together. It's a nightmare.
However, I have to say that the boss is very enthusiastic. He will introduce you to the surrounding attractions and take you to the terrace for a visit.
The whole room is barely adequate for one night, so don't expect too much from the hygiene and environment.

Amazing service and friendly helpful advice. The rooftop is lovely. Unfortunately, the neighborhood is very loud and subsequently my wife and I slept very poorly. I think the rooms should have earplugs. I understand it is a trendy neighborhood and old buildings so I still gave 5 out of 5 for location. I just wish I had slept better. Also, there is PARKING at the hotel. Just tell the gate huards your hotel and smile if they say 30 minutes only.

Suite, the room is very big, and there is a balcony. Our room is on the second floor. There is no elevator. You have to carry your luggage by yourself. It is noisy at night. There is noisy noise from the bar at 1 o'clock in the evening. The bathroom facilities are average. The location is okay. I want to go shopping. Eating is more convenient

Old town, driving in by car is a separate quest and experience, but surprisingly there is a place to park. Gorgeous view from the room with a terrace that we took, but in general - the upper terrace for breakfast is always open and no matter what room you take, you can always sit down nicely. But you need to consider that the rooms themselves are old (except for the bathroom, there is a new one) - and so the atmosphere is really old town. Breakfast is 10 euros, poor, but the view is decisive.

The location is good, in the ancient city, the room is relatively large, quite clean, and the service is good. It's just close to the bar, so it's a bit noisy at night, so light sleepers should be careful.

The room is not big and quite tidy. But the bar next door is a bit noisy during evening hours. People who have trouble sleeping should choose carefully.

The hotel is in a very good location, in the heart of the ancient city, about a five-minute walk from the Port of Rome. Convenient for eating, drinking and having fun

Lovely place right in the center of the old city and with a beach nearby (5min walk top). The room we had, with a private little terrace, was very confortable and affordable. Good turkish breakfast with fresh fruit and tomatoes/cucumber to start the day. Very nice hostess and staff, you should not be disappointed!
