The hotel is good for families but it is not like ultra all inclusive. There is only sauce, water and fruit juice etc. in the fridge.

A very good all inclusive hotel which is ideal for the.families with children which we enjoyed very much. However our honest suggestion is for the hotel to have the water slides open for a bit longer as the opening hours are just too short for a long day. The buffet meals are of wide range but it would be good if the names of all the dishes are displayed as we had to guess what most of the dishes were. Finally none of the a la carte restaurants were open during our stay which was bit disappointing as we were looking forward to try them in one of the evenings and there was no notices as to why they were closed. Regardless we had a great time at Aydinbey Queen's Palace and if the above suggestions are taken into account it will definitely be a flawless place to stay and enjoy with the family!

A few days ago, upon arrival, I left a review complaining about the refusal to change my room. The hotel responded instantly: after 12:00, I was given another room. Such efficiency and willingness to satisfy the needs and desires of the hotel guests is worth a lot. Now, after almost a week of living in the hotel, I can objectively evaluate it. The concept of this hotel is most likely, in my opinion, more European. The hotel was recently built, looks decent and modern. The reception area is simply "off the charts", especially when you look from above from the glass elevator from the 5th floor! There is a free bar in the room: sparkling and still water, juice, replenished daily. Bed linen and towels are changed every day. The hotel's cuisine deserves special words: it is simply magnificent. Honestly. A large selection of dishes, well-cooked meat, fish in at least 2 courses. And what pastries and goodies there are!!! Mind-blowing! In general, all lovers of delicious food - here! The first inconvenience associated with the trip to the sea by shuttle has passed, as it takes 8 minutes, the shuttle runs every 20 minutes, like clockwork. There is also a free bar on the beach: burgers, potatoes, nuggets, gozmele (flatbread with cheese), watermelon, cola, fanta, beer... in general, you will not go hungry. All service personnel wear masks and gloves, which is very important. Everyone is friendly, however, not everyone understands Russian, but most understand and speak Russian, so you will not be misunderstood. Antisanitizers are everywhere. The water in the sea is warm, after lunch, however, the waves are almost always small, and before lunch - calm. The nights are already cool, but during the day it is a real scorcher. I think the hotel justifies its 5 stars)

Really don’t know why there are so many bad reviews on here. Stayed in this hotel during uk October half term , paid pennies and although it was not a 5 star experience, For the insanely low price we paid we cannot complain. Food was adequate location was amazing rooms were clean there were events every night and we never got bored. Also worth noting this hotel is100% for families

Everything about this hotel from the amenities available, the staff, the services, the entertainment, the location and the special room I received was amazing. Recommend this hotel to anyone planning on going to Antalya. The hammam experience was also amazing and definitely worth paying 50 euros for. The food was also amazing having 4 meal times was such a luxury and the breakfast was always delicious. The only issue we had was the lifeguard on the water slides should have told us to remove our sunglasses as one of us hit our head on the water slide and the sunglasses caused an injury to the head which was bleeding so go on the blue water slide with caution. Will definitely be returning to this hotel as it definitely lives up to the 5 stars it has.
