There were plenty of options between the buffet and à la carte restaurants, so we never got bored. The atmosphere at the hotel was lively but not too much, which made it perfect for a laid-back stay

Our stay at Granada Belek was fantastic! My boyfriend and I were really impressed with the overall vibe of the hotel. It’s a massive resort with beautiful, modern design and plenty of activities to keep you entertained

I don't really understand the negative reviews, I stayed here late October 24 and had an amazing time. The staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean, and the pools were clean

It's ok if people don't speak English, I'm sure those visiting don't speak turkish either, I didn't find it a problem at all, I will be visiting again, there's so much to do and we had pictures taken at a reasonable price, booked through blue sea holidays

The food was tasty, I liked how the lifeguards kept an eye on everything and were direct with people about safety, which was reassuring

The room we stayed in was spacious and had a great view from the balcony, which we enjoyed each morning

Has a wide variety of foods to choose from, 24/7 opened bar, free minibar, a lot of fresh fruits, free ice cream, very nice entertainment each evening, nice pools and beach, and let’s not forget the friendly staff

This hotel was perfect for us - food and drink was amazing. Staff were so friendly and hard working. The hotel was always clean and tidy, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time

If I were to nitpick 😅, I would have liked better coffee (they had a separate pastry shop which had expresso, but was not opened in the morning), bigger bottles of water (0,33L is a bit small, they had 0,5L, but they were rare)

I liked the hotel, the rooms are very decent, clean. My room has a sea view 👍🏼 the food is delicious and periodically varied. The children's animation could be better entertainment could be better

I'm going to provide a review from an average Brit. This is a great hotel for families. You can still get sun beds at 8am. Beer is plentiful from a number of bars. Chips are served at breakfast, lunch and evening dinner

My days are spent in the sun, eating, sleeping, working out and having a few beers. The food hall is a little chaotic but once you develop a system, table first, it's bearable and the food is top class

Our holiday has honestly been amazing! We could not fault a thing within the hotel, the staff could not do enough for you and would go above and beyond to ensure our experience was the best

Overall, the hotel was good, but the variety of food was limited and didn’t taste very satisfying. The desserts and drinks were good, but not great

Alcoholic drinks are available in different areas of the hotel, but only the LobbyBar offers good quality

The food in seafood Zimt restaurant was exceptionally good. The cappuccinos of coffee shop were great. The Terrace restaurant had a huge selection and did beautiful food decoration in special days

We travel quite often and prefer to stay in an all-inclusive resort as it is much easier when you travel with your kid

There were entertaining events with free drinks, good dancers and DJs almost every night

Plenty of beach beds are always available. I visited the Turkish speciality restaurant, which had great food, but the service was rushed, I'm not sure why, so I had to tell the waiter to slow it down several times

A very helpful facility was kids club. You can leave your children all day long and do whatever you want. They can’t wait to go to kids club every morning. Long story short, it’s a blessing

The three types of restaurants provide an excellent buffet, the bar and snack kiosks are a plus under the summer’s sun. The recreational activities are great and fun

FOOD was five star with various choices. Although ‘all inclusive’ gets repetitive, it was still enjoyable nevertheless. LOCATION is rather far from any towns etc, therefore any trips to nearby towns will require a taxi

Our experience at Crystal parasol Verde has been great, few things where out of the place (air conditioning not working for two days, shower drain blocked) but we could deal with both situation and enjoy the rest of the holidays

the service is quite fantastic! however, there was one girl, the bar chef called Gülçin (i believe) wasn’t the friendliest, i think that her customer service and attitude needs some work as she lacked sincerity

WALK TO THE SEA is 5-7 minutes, there’s an option to ride from the hotel to the beach in the back of the tractor. I was not particularly impressed by the seaside - however, it may be typical for the area

I do recommend the resort plenty of activities for kids and adults food is very delicious and staff is friendly

We had the Chinese Al a carte which wasn't good but service was fab (not worth 25 euro) didn't try and other restaurants. The faldo is fun to play and in good condition

The entertainment is a bit substandard compared to other hotels. Cocktails at this hotel were generally not good at all. Our golf operator (golf turkey) managed to get us some room upgrades to villas and they were 10/10

It was a very fantastic hotel, we came here for our honeymoon and when we checked in they gave me a bouquet of flowers, it was very beautiful, the room was decorated and it was very clean and they cleaned it every day

Room 3320 We’re normally a Rixo family but OMG… this all inclusive goes above and beyond, from toiletries to beach bags in your room, the hotel and it’s fantastic staff are AAAAAAAA+++++++ everything about it, we’ve done child free this time and feel bad they’ve miss out…

The shows, DJ and the daily program were amazing, u never get bored. Everything is organized professionally. They have a 24 hour restaurant. Big thanks for people behind the scene who made this place a luxury resort ❤️👍

One of THE best hotel we stayed. It is expensive but we didn’t get disappointed. Everyday nice and different options to chose from. Lot of restaurants who serve based on menu to chose from

The rooms are smaller than the usual all-inclusive but it didn’t bother us as it was comfortable to stay there, the cleaning was done daily and if we wanted to get any help we could get it at Guest relations office near the reception

I don’t usually go to ultra all inclusive resorts but this time I choose one. They have multiple pools, an amphitheater, scene for bands, even a zoo. The sea is not the best, but it’s ok

However, the hotel was overcrowded in August, making it difficult to find a free table in the restaurant. When a table became available, it was cleaned very quickly

One downside was the lack of a doctor in the evenings and the absence of basic medications at the hotel. However, there was the option to order them via courier or call an ambulance if needed

Otherwise, everything was excellent—great evening entertainment with a mix of live performances, including a Mexican-style live band, which was absolutely fantastic !

Non standard animators style, free moving with no standard uniform and any special clothes. Do them more related to the guest, looks more comfortable and friendly. Huge stage give possibility to good perfomance
