It's ok if people don't speak English, I'm sure those visiting don't speak turkish either, I didn't find it a problem at all, I will be visiting again, there's so much to do and we had pictures taken at a reasonable price, booked through blue sea holidays

There are so many pools to choose from, and even though we’re not really into water parks, we found the one at the hotel to be really fun! The poolside service was great too—easy access to drinks and snacks throughout the day

There were plenty of options between the buffet and à la carte restaurants, so we never got bored. The atmosphere at the hotel was lively but not too much, which made it perfect for a laid-back stay

Our stay at Granada Belek was fantastic! My boyfriend and I were really impressed with the overall vibe of the hotel. It’s a massive resort with beautiful, modern design and plenty of activities to keep you entertained

Overall, Granada Belek offered everything we needed for a great holiday. comfortable rooms, good food, lots of activities, and a nice balance of relaxation and fun

Great experience overall! Amazing entertainment programs and crew, nice aqua park and pools, hotel is huge, food is tasty and choice is big, same for the beach and bars… On the other side hairdryer in a room is too weak, even for man hair, and ventilation in bathroom is not the best… Also every coffee tastes like filter coffee - there is no option for some good espresso/cappuccino etc you will basically...

We enjoy our vocation in crystal Family hotel. Animation team and mini-Club was amazing with its kind friendly and lovely staf. We could let our child there with good safe feeling. Thank you guys ;)

Nice animators, good food, big place on the beach very good drinks, great party’s. The hotel crew are very helpful and nice. Bar is open 24/h so it’s nice to come here and have chill time

Very quick & lovely check inn was showed to our room an helped with bags rooms where clean & very spacious showers where big & always had fresh towels in mornings, AC worked beautifully the balcony view was amazing, spacious, I am a picky eater & there was plenty to choose from burgers, spaghetti, chips, kebab, pizza & many more there where many food bars & drink bars so...

They have air conditioning, a minibar, which is constantly replenished. The food is very tasty and fresh. Very convenient for families with small children. The boutique part is quiet, calm, convenient for the elderly

We recently had an amazing holiday at Rixos Hotel as a family of four, and it exceeded all our expectations! One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary access to the Land of Legends theme park, which was an incredible experience for both us and our children

We stayed for seven days, and I must say that the service at this hotel is exceptional. The food at all the restaurants is amazing, and the resort is clean and safe

Plenty of beach beds are always available. I visited the Turkish speciality restaurant, which had great food, but the service was rushed, I'm not sure why, so I had to tell the waiter to slow it down several times

The hotel fully meets expectations. With children, it is a great option. Plus there are always additional points for snacking. Swimming pool for adults and adults. The entertainment program changes every day

Or they pretended not to understand what we were asking for. The beach is dirty, there is everything in the sand. The beach strip is wide and the entrance is shallow. The service in the beach bars was already reluctant

The light on the ceiling in the bathroom didn't work, no one came in 2 days and didn't fix it, the maid didn't give a damn, she didn't change the towels even once in 2 days, she saw about the light and didn't raise the alarm either

The service has gone down a bit. The food is kind of monotonous, but tasty. It's like they water down the alcohol or something. They didn't pour what we asked for

We were in this hotel two years ago and this year we went again without thinking. The territory is huge, well-thought-out, clean

Quality of drinks depended on the guys mixing them so find the right ones :) , margherita was perfect almost everywhere. Mustafa tirpan at bar and the guys from the guest relation centre were helpfull

The food in the buffets was great, stuff was helpfull, cabanas and a la carte restaurants were at reasonable prices

Pine Beach Belek is my favorite resort so far. I've been to many resorts, different countries and continents. For my preferences this resort fill my need needs and expectations for 100%

I strongly advice to book a cabana (480eur per 10days during july), its 4 adults plus 2kids. Definitéy worth it, Cabana 3B has a nice sea view co pared to others so go for it

On top of it, I forgot my wallet in the hotel room and left the country. I called the hotel, wallet was found, they delivered it unharmed to my friend who picked it up

We had the Chinese Al a carte which wasn't good but service was fab (not worth 25 euro) didn't try and other restaurants. The faldo is fun to play and in good condition

Best holiday I have ever had all staff were beyond helpful. Loved it and have holiday blues now I’m home. The only thing that be improved is the spa facilities, only a bit where the steam room and jacuzzis are bit tired

For those who prefer not to hand their car over to the valet, the parking is a bit far from the hotel, which can be inconvenient. There is a special section dedicated for children, which is quite nice

I have to say that Hotel and its staff is on top level. I spent there 1 week of golf holiday. Nice surroundings, as well as food from the kitchen was delicious

Calista is one of the preferable hotels in the area. We stayed with my daughter and were very pleased. They have created elite environments with a service approach that makes you feel special.

Both comfortable and relaxing! You're greeted professionally the moment you step into the hotel, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are extremely clean, spacious and modern. The comfort is really top notch

The food is like everywhere else, I did not see any delights, beef, turkey, chicken, lots of vegetables, seasonal fruits: apples, plums, melon, pomegranate. Ayran, freshly squeezed juice in the morning for breakfast

The territory is large, green, the beach is wide, long, there is enough space for everyone, the entrance is gentle, sand. We were at the end of October, no one was swimming in the pools, they are not heated

Very large complex, plenty of bars and snack bars. No need to go to the bar from your sunbed, just scathed QR code and they deliver. Plenty of sunbeds, large pool, incl olympic size pool, water park for kids and big kids

Furthermore, one thing the visitor will notice is that all the staff are very hardworking to maintain a high level of cleanliness

My wife and I spent 10 nights in Cornelia and were absolutely amazed! We had a wonderful time, especially thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. We particularly want to thank "Mustafa Chef" (the restaurant manager)

From the 1st steps into reception to checking out, this Hotel was nothing but 1st class from start to finish. Food, Excellent, Service, Excellent, Rooms Excellent, Resort, Excellent

The staff member there was very rude and seemed to dislike her job. This does not align with the otherwise excellent service and should not be part of the experience

Options to play of forward tees are there and would suggest any mid to high handicappers take advantage of this, as it would make courses less challenging

This place is just superb, and would highly recommend to any golfing parties looking for better value than Spain, and Portugal to give this place a try

The hotel exudes a luxurious vibe, both in design and ambiance. There’s a great variety of drinks available throughout the day. The 24/7 restaurant is a convenient option, especially for late-night cravings

The quality and variety of food at both the buffet and à la carte restaurants were disappointing and surprisingly below expectations, especially considering the hotel’s price point

It’s a great choice for families with children, offering plenty of attractions such as pools, waterslides, and a well-organized kids club where children can be left under the care of professional animators

Given that around 10% of the guests during our stay were Polish families with children, the hotel should consider hiring staff who can communicate in Polish, especially in areas dedicated to kids

It’s worth noting that the hotel is clearly oriented towards Russian-speaking guests. Most of the staff, including those in the kids club, communicate primarily in Russian

Overall, the hotel deserves its 5-star rating

The restaurant is great, we really love the food and don’t get tired of it throughout 10 days if our stay. Great coffee is served in the 1st floor cafe with terrace. The pools and slides are great

A wonderful multi-shaped kitchen, all the dishes are at the highest level, several zones work at once during the day where you can have a great meal or snack, in short, everything that was eaten and drunk is excellent!!! The main value is the staff, they often wonder if everything is fine, if you ordered everything you wanted and if you need help

This was our second stay at Bellis. They offered a discount this time as a returning customers. We like staying at Camelia garden block so we can enjoy the territory walks to the restaurant

Yasar will help you choose dishes, speed up the process of the kitchen, waiters, and just chat with you on various topics in a friendly way (even if he doesn't know how to explain, keep talking, this person will understand everything ;)

And special thanks for well equipped GYM! I could do all my regular exercises for lower and upper body. The heated pools in spring time offer amazing getaway from cold northern weather. Will return next spring again

They actively interact with children, which is very pleasant. With this approach, you feel 100% relaxed, and this undoubtedly distinguishes Bellis from other equally renowned hotels in Turkey

The food is delicious, drinks are served in bottles and are of good quality

However, the hotel was overcrowded in August, making it difficult to find a free table in the restaurant. When a table became available, it was cleaned very quickly

The hotel's exterior looks old and tired in some parts. The food in the main restaurant was good, with a wide variety, and the service was fast and friendly

The pools are big and there are many of them but unfortunately there are not enough sun loungers, people leave their towels and go, you cannot find a place by the pool in the afternoon, the sea is very wavy, we could not go into the sea anyway, the sun loungers on the pier and the beach were blocked with towels, the glasses and plates were not completely clean

One downside was the lack of a doctor in the evenings and the absence of basic medications at the hotel. However, there was the option to order them via courier or call an ambulance if needed

Otherwise, everything was excellent—great evening entertainment with a mix of live performances, including a Mexican-style live band, which was absolutely fantastic !

Pool areas and gardens around the hotel were fantastic, lots of beds so never rushing to grab one and the beach is sandy and clean and the beds are not too close to each other so you feel you've got your own little piece of the beach

We opted for a superior room with Seaview and we weren't disappointed, very clean and we'll equipped and the complimentary minibar was a bonus. The beds are clean and very comfortable and a nice selection of pillows

From the moment we arrived you could tell it was special, we were greeted off the coach and escorted into the lobby where we were met by Halil who is part of the guest experience team

Non standard animators style, free moving with no standard uniform and any special clothes. Do them more related to the guest, looks more comfortable and friendly. Huge stage give possibility to good perfomance

Bad: worst wifi that drives you mad. Cleaning staff never leaves body wash in the room, only shampoo, bath foam. Food is plenty but meat is not always cooked right which is dangerous

Rooms are noisy and not well isolated if you re 'lucky' of loud guests. Oh, and the last 3 days they didn t change the towels

My only comment for this visit is noticing a drop on the quality of the guests (some kids without supervision of their parents on the pool or in the corridors), probably it occurred due to the pandemic situation, but in the other hand, we noticed a lot of amazing development in the hotel such as the kiosks at the beach, the train, the kids show

I did Pilates each morning at Gloria Golf wellness area and the Pilates teacher was fabulous! I then had breakfast at Serenity 24/7 and loved the salmon, avocado & poached egg hollandaise on a waffle! The menu was more sophisticated at Serenity, we also preferred the choice at Serenity buffet for dinner

The kids also love the Gogi kids club which has tonnes of activities in the day and a show and mini disco every evening. The amphitheatre is out of this world and seats a few hundred guests

Vimal Singh Indian chef made the trip a delight - nothing was an issue and cooked us anything we wanted, made our stay special and we will be returning because of him

Zeynep, Atilla, & Hasan (Garden Pool bar & restaurant) were so welcoming throughout and deserve special mention and recognition. They are a credit to Gloria and we will miss their friendliness and kindness

We stayed in a Gloria Villa which was perfect for me and my 2 sons (17 & 19). This gave us access to Gloria Serenity restaurants and pools/beach

Almost every year, we visit Gloria Serenity or Gloria Golf, and I can say that these are our favourite hotels in the Antalya region. This year, we chose Gloria Golf. The hotel underwent a complete renovation this season

The kids club even looked after our 2 year old son whenever we wanted (free of charge). This is, by a HUGE margin, the best all-inclusive hotel I've stayed at, anywhere, ever

Every detail is meticulously thought through, from the personalized welcome to the bottle of aloe vera gel waiting in our room – a perfect touch after long sunny days

We’ve just returned from our second stay at Maxx Royal Belek and it’s safe to say this resort has firmly secured a place in our hearts

from 16:00 to 17:00 coffee break in the lobby from 18:00 to 21:00 buffet dinner. Also from 18:00 to 21:00 you can dine in one of the restaurants: Asian, Italian, barbecue, or Ottoman Restaurant

The hotel was fantastic, everything was perfect they have amazing service that goes out of their way to try and please you. Their drinks are pretty good and food is exceptional

from 11:30 to 15:30 drinks and snacks are available in a cafe near the beach. from 12:30 to 14:30 lunch in the main restaurant in a buffet format

That is, you can eat at almost any time in different places: from 7:00 to 11:00 breakfast in the main restaurant in a buffet format (we call it a "buffet")

Checked in around 12:00 noon, although check-in is from 14:00. Type of food UAI (Ultra All Inclusive)

PEOPLE: - most of the staff speaks good Russian - absolutely all the staff were wearing protective masks all the time (due to COVID 19) - the staff is very friendly and helpful, ready to help with any service - the vast majority of vacationers are Russian-speaking - there were NO drunk / noisy / aggressive guests, which is very pleasant you can leave dishes or small garbage - Internet speed is good...
