It's ok if people don't speak English, I'm sure those visiting don't speak turkish either, I didn't find it a problem at all, I will be visiting again, there's so much to do and we had pictures taken at a reasonable price, booked through blue sea holidays

Our stay at Granada Belek was fantastic! My boyfriend and I were really impressed with the overall vibe of the hotel. It’s a massive resort with beautiful, modern design and plenty of activities to keep you entertained

Great experience overall! Amazing entertainment programs and crew, nice aqua park and pools, hotel is huge, food is tasty and choice is big, same for the beach and bars… On the other side hairdryer in a room is too weak, even for man hair, and ventilation in bathroom is not the best… Also every coffee tastes like filter coffee - there is no option for some good espresso/cappuccino etc you will basically...

We enjoy our vocation in crystal Family hotel. Animation team and mini-Club was amazing with its kind friendly and lovely staf. We could let our child there with good safe feeling. Thank you guys ;)

Very quick & lovely check inn was showed to our room an helped with bags rooms where clean & very spacious showers where big & always had fresh towels in mornings, AC worked beautifully the balcony view was amazing, spacious, I am a picky eater & there was plenty to choose from burgers, spaghetti, chips, kebab, pizza & many more there where many food bars & drink bars so...

The pools, definitely cool at this time of year, are both massive and spotlessly clean and there's direct access to the beach and a huge waterslide park

Nice gym, sauna, steam room and the two swimming pools are massive with some of the most fun water slides. Thanks to Caner!! We will be back. The view from the window in the evening is mesmerizing

My days are spent in the sun, eating, sleeping, working out and having a few beers. The food hall is a little chaotic but once you develop a system, table first, it's bearable and the food is top class

The light on the ceiling in the bathroom didn't work, no one came in 2 days and didn't fix it, the maid didn't give a damn, she didn't change the towels even once in 2 days, she saw about the light and didn't raise the alarm either

The service has gone down a bit. The food is kind of monotonous, but tasty. It's like they water down the alcohol or something. They didn't pour what we asked for

There are a lots of green areas. High diversity of swimming pools, nice shows and very nice staff. They know the base of English. They help you with transport your luggage by Melex

I had a very lovely stay at the hotel. I went for an event on my own and I felt very comfortable being alone there. I used the sea water pool and the gym and enjoyed the stretching classes very much

Currently here and I had to write a review because I’m so impressed, this hotel is absolutely fabulous, I have never had food from a buffet that is so well cooked and seasoned, the food is absolutely delicious and so fresh

On top of it, I forgot my wallet in the hotel room and left the country. I called the hotel, wallet was found, they delivered it unharmed to my friend who picked it up

I have to say that Hotel and its staff is on top level. I spent there 1 week of golf holiday. Nice surroundings, as well as food from the kitchen was delicious

Gamechanger! Staff should be taught to highlight the menu to guests, it will save them the stress too 😃 Badminton is not really a court, it is just a grass area. Not a proper court with a proper net / field

Room 3320 We’re normally a Rixo family but OMG… this all inclusive goes above and beyond, from toiletries to beach bags in your room, the hotel and it’s fantastic staff are AAAAAAAA+++++++ everything about it, we’ve done child free this time and feel bad they’ve miss out…

Good choice also in winter It was a very pleasant stay for our family. The activities of the hotel was very enjoyable for the kids even its a summer hotel. Our kids loved it very much and did not want to leave here.

Calista is one of the preferable hotels in the area. We stayed with my daughter and were very pleased. They have created elite environments with a service approach that makes you feel special.

CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF - there's one named Tetyana (it says on her badge) who speaks discontentedly, rolls her eyes, as if she's talking in an unpleasant tone, like she's talking to idiots, and as if everyone's had enough of her!!! RECEPTION - everyone is friendly

We have long wanted to visit this hotel. We lived in club room 3924 (bungalow), the room is spacious, next to the main restaurant and reception. A nice bonus is wine with fruit in the room upon arrival

The territory is large, green, the beach is wide, long, there is enough space for everyone, the entrance is gentle, sand. We were at the end of October, no one was swimming in the pools, they are not heated

He went above and beyond! No problems getting beds we liked the back row of beds at the pool as they are close to the toilets and bars. So no bed wars for the back row!

The service was top notch around the pools, in restaurants, in the bars, everywhere! The entertainment was great in the evenings

There were new bars (water park, the coffee house) and new restaurants (late night bistro) that weren’t open last year while we were there. The hotel is beautiful and big enough that you never feel claustrophobic

We booked the hotel through Ace Golf Travel which included airport transfers and private taxi to Belek for shopping and Land of Legends. Ask for Gengis he really looked after us

Just returned from our 2nd visit to Titanic Deluxe Golf Belek. We had a really good experience both times but noticed some changes this time that really topped last year

The staff member there was very rude and seemed to dislike her job. This does not align with the otherwise excellent service and should not be part of the experience

Options to play of forward tees are there and would suggest any mid to high handicappers take advantage of this, as it would make courses less challenging

Beach is OK but don't expect white sand and crystal clear waters. Could be better: Some parts of pools feel tired and needs freshening up

Even the bar staff knew my drinks order, I didn’t even have to ask, it’s the little details! The weather was amazing, drinks flowing all day long, 24/7 snack bar, buffet food was perfect and so much choice, vegan options included

It’s a great choice for families with children, offering plenty of attractions such as pools, waterslides, and a well-organized kids club where children can be left under the care of professional animators

Given that around 10% of the guests during our stay were Polish families with children, the hotel should consider hiring staff who can communicate in Polish, especially in areas dedicated to kids

It’s worth noting that the hotel is clearly oriented towards Russian-speaking guests. Most of the staff, including those in the kids club, communicate primarily in Russian

We’ve had better food at far more affordable hotels. Entertainment is very limited. The animation team lacks energy, and the overall selection of activities is minimal, making it easy to get bored

Overall, the hotel deserves its 5-star rating

The kids’ club is also quite average in size and offerings and definitely not as impressive as advertised. The air conditioning in our room was weak and struggled to cool the space properly

The food and drink is simply great, and it is all too easy to overindulge. The patisserie and chocolaterie are both amazing. The indoor spa pool is also great

We visited Maxx Royal Belek 3rd time within the last 10 years and easily relised it is the best hotel for us in Antalya. We always love it and look forward to visit again

The restaurant is great, we really love the food and don’t get tired of it throughout 10 days if our stay. Great coffee is served in the 1st floor cafe with terrace. The pools and slides are great

And special thanks for well equipped GYM! I could do all my regular exercises for lower and upper body. The heated pools in spring time offer amazing getaway from cold northern weather. Will return next spring again

A wonderful multi-shaped kitchen, all the dishes are at the highest level, several zones work at once during the day where you can have a great meal or snack, in short, everything that was eaten and drunk is excellent!!! The main value is the staff, they often wonder if everything is fine, if you ordered everything you wanted and if you need help

Yasar will help you choose dishes, speed up the process of the kitchen, waiters, and just chat with you on various topics in a friendly way (even if he doesn't know how to explain, keep talking, this person will understand everything ;)

Food is excellent. Perfect service. Everyday fitness programs and amazing evening events and shows. I recommend this hotel. Quite nice zoo and playground together with program for smaller kids

They actively interact with children, which is very pleasant. With this approach, you feel 100% relaxed, and this undoubtedly distinguishes Bellis from other equally renowned hotels in Turkey

The pools are big and there are many of them but unfortunately there are not enough sun loungers, people leave their towels and go, you cannot find a place by the pool in the afternoon, the sea is very wavy, we could not go into the sea anyway, the sun loungers on the pier and the beach were blocked with towels, the glasses and plates were not completely clean

One downside was the lack of a doctor in the evenings and the absence of basic medications at the hotel. However, there was the option to order them via courier or call an ambulance if needed

Otherwise, everything was excellent—great evening entertainment with a mix of live performances, including a Mexican-style live band, which was absolutely fantastic !

The food is delicious, drinks are served in bottles and are of good quality

My only comment for this visit is noticing a drop on the quality of the guests (some kids without supervision of their parents on the pool or in the corridors), probably it occurred due to the pandemic situation, but in the other hand, we noticed a lot of amazing development in the hotel such as the kiosks at the beach, the train, the kids show

I did Pilates each morning at Gloria Golf wellness area and the Pilates teacher was fabulous! I then had breakfast at Serenity 24/7 and loved the salmon, avocado & poached egg hollandaise on a waffle! The menu was more sophisticated at Serenity, we also preferred the choice at Serenity buffet for dinner

Beaches and pier area were clean with plenty of sunbeds and towels, Olivium Pool was also great with great bar staff and a quiet pool - in fact the whole resort never felt busy it was just perfect!

The staff are polite and responsive. The food is varied and delicious. Perhaps there are no fresh juices in the various bars, as other hotels in this category offer, as well as slightly higher category drinks

Zeynep, Atilla, & Hasan (Garden Pool bar & restaurant) were so welcoming throughout and deserve special mention and recognition. They are a credit to Gloria and we will miss their friendliness and kindness

Almost every year, we visit Gloria Serenity or Gloria Golf, and I can say that these are our favourite hotels in the Antalya region. This year, we chose Gloria Golf. The hotel underwent a complete renovation this season

If you're here for the sea, pool and golfing though, I am sure you will love it! This was my first time in Turkey and the people are just wonderful. Belek itself is very cute once you get off the main drag

it’s the perfect place for a family vacation, thanks to their fun team and Halil we never had a boring moment. this was definitely one of the better hotels that i have stayed in, i would stay here again

from 16:00 to 17:00 coffee break in the lobby from 18:00 to 21:00 buffet dinner. Also from 18:00 to 21:00 you can dine in one of the restaurants: Asian, Italian, barbecue, or Ottoman Restaurant

The hotel was fantastic, everything was perfect they have amazing service that goes out of their way to try and please you. Their drinks are pretty good and food is exceptional

That is, you can eat at almost any time in different places: from 7:00 to 11:00 breakfast in the main restaurant in a buffet format (we call it a "buffet")

Hotel Kaya Belek is located in the Belek area, near the local Kadriye Beach. From Antalya Airport about 35-40 minutes by bus. The reception staff is very friendly
