Crystal Paraiso Verde Resort & Spa - Ultimate All Inclusive

It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. From the first day, the charged us extra 50euro only to give us a slightly better rooms. It is never ever a 5star hotel. The rooms are dirty(photo attached), in the restaurants the smell is extremely bad; I do not want to imagine what it is inside the kitchen. The glasses for the drinks are never clean and the bartenders are just some teenagers not interested on how they are pouring your drink. One day you get 10% alcohol, one day you get 80% alcohol. If you do not tip enough, they don`t even look at you. One day there was also a fight between 2 employees near the main pool. They fought for about 2 minutes until the staff came and separate them. Totally unprofessional to do that in front of all the clients!!! Also it happened several nights to relax and have a drink while an employee which is well dressed comes and starts begging and requests our phones only to give 5stars on google for this hotel (photo attached). This is how you make your stars? Embarrassing. I would never go back to this hotel and not recommend to anyone else. You can get better conditions at the same money. Totally disappointed !

Terrible. In a shocking state of disrepair and filthy. Room was terrible - really dirty, room service only twice, maintenance shocking with furniture falling to bits. Pool and bar in terrible states - windows broken, broken tiles. Nothing cleaned - appeared ever. Cat excrement everywhere. No wifi at all. Restaurant a health hazard. This isn't anywhere close to 5*. Staff rude. Services not as advertised - pool flumes shut most of the day, amusements shut our entire duration, no 24hr dining, extremely limited wifi. Complaint was submitted, and the response bizarre and non in relation to my evidence whatsoever. Go elsewhere.

We arrived at the hotel late on Wednesday night . We were shown to the late restaurant for food after travelling all day . We chose chicken basket which arrived burnt and cold it consisted of chicken nuggets onion rings and fries we didn’t eat it . I have enclosed pictures . When we were told where our room was I enquired if there was a possibility of a ground floor but the reception told us we had a better room on the first floor ! I dread to think What the other room looked like ! The hotel is advertised and sold as a 5 star all inclusive resort and spa ! We booked with easy jet who I have valued in the past . Our room was filthy on arrival , the mini bar fridge was empty and there was no tea or coffee milk or sugar in the room. There is no way of contacting reception from the room as the phone doesn’t work so we had to go down to reception to ask fur the basics , including water to get us through the night . Reception staff are rude in fact I have only met 2 pleasant staff since being here . The first day we didn’t use the room clean as we were not settled and still tired from our late arrival . We took our time to get orientated . To be honest the whole place looks like council estate flats ( I have no problem with council estates I grew up on one ) just trying to paint a picture. The pool area is okay, although not cleaned regularly and never any knifes and forks to eat . This is where you’ll find the better food . Again don’t be fooled into thinking it’s good it’s just better than the restaurant . Do be careful of the chicken though I’ve enclosed a picture of the raw chicken we were served ! The drink choice is minimal , you cannot help yourself to coffee for instance and have to queue for it . With a load of others as there is only one coffee machine serving the whole restaurant . Again orange juice is not self service you have to queue for this too . There is not her choice either no apple juice available . The food is disgusting , not much choice , either pasta or pizza , burgers and a range of concealed cheeses , chicken dishes and desserts . If you’re lucky you may get some fresh fish in the outside area but I’ve only managed to get that once . The butter is off and smells like gone off milk . I could go on and on but you get the picture . Back to the rooms the shower floods every time you get in it so you have to have a very quick shower and then partner has to wait for theirs as if you kept short running it would flood . There are no top sheets on the beds so you have to sleep with the blanket straight on you which personally I don’t like . I think any 4 star plus hotel would have this as a basic . There is a quiet adult only pool , however the only drinks served there are Coke Zero water and beer . The hotel is in the middle of nowhere which is fine but be prepared and bring thins with you as there is only one small market that sells things like cigarettes and drinks close by .
