The pool area was a highlight of our stay. The expansive and well-maintained pools, combined with thrilling water slides, provided endless fun for both kids and adults. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun.
The bars at the resort were equally impressive. The bartenders crafted excellent drinks, offering a great selection of cocktails and beverages. Each drink was made with care and added to the overall enjoyment of our stay.
Overall, Kirman Belazur Resort & Spa exceeded all our expectations. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable vacation.
This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel stay I've ever experienced. One of the children in our group has a severe egg allergy, and the hotel's incompetence put her life at risk every single day of our 4-day stay.
We notified the hotel weeks in advance, filled out an allergy form upon arrival, and had constant conversations with the staff about her allergy. Despite all this, on the first day, they served her a dish containing eggs after assuring us multiple times that it was egg-free. She had a severe allergic reaction and required immediate medical attention.
The following days were a nightmare. We meticulously checked every meal, spoke to chefs and managers, and repeatedly showed them the allergy chart. Despite our efforts, the hotel continued to serve egg-containing dishes. We couldn't trust anything they served and had to find alternative dining options outside the hotel.
When we requested a refund for the meals we couldn't eat, the hotel flatly refused. They offered no compensation and told us there was nothing they could do. Their dismissive attitude and lack of accountability were shocking. We also had to cover the medical expenses caused by their negligence.
This was the most distressing and dangerous hotel experience I've ever had. If you or anyone in your group has an allergy, especially a severe one, do not stay here. The hotel's inability to handle allergies is not only unprofessional but life-threatening. Completely unacceptable and disgraceful service.
What truly made our stay unforgettable was the energy and enthusiasm of the employees, especially those who organized the activities. Their passion created a fun atmosphere, making every moment enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a memorable vacation.
The food choice is very big and the rooms are perfect clean as well as the rest of the resort
