We visited Maxx Royal Belek 3rd time within the last 10 years and easily relised it is the best hotel for us in Antalya. We always love it and look forward to visit again. Everything was 10/10, our assistants Mohammed and Oulayli were simply fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, they always exceded our expectations when we asked for help/advise. They were amazing!!!! As other reviews suggest the hotel is very child friendly, great food, drinks, proper relaxing high quality service. Can not fault anything. The only thing I wish could change would be to have colder water in the swimming pool in summer and slightly better 9-9.45 eve entertainment. Having said that, we were very happy with our holiday and already thinking when we can come back.

We’ve just returned from our second stay at Maxx Royal Belek and it’s safe to say this resort has firmly secured a place in our hearts. Traveling as a vegetarian family with young children, we’re always looking for destinations that go the extra mile – and Maxx Royal absolutely delivers. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was beyond anything we’ve experienced elsewhere. Every detail is meticulously thought through, from the personalized welcome to the bottle of aloe vera gel waiting in our room – a perfect touch after long sunny days. A heartfelt thank you to Demilare, one of the poolside servers, whose attentiveness and warmth really stood out during our stay. Maxxiland, the kids club, was a huge hit once again. Our son was thrilled when the staff actually remembered him from last year – a testament to how personal and caring they are. The facilities for children are simply phenomenal – the water park, Dinoland, and even the bowling alley kept the whole family entertained throughout the trip. As vegetarians, we really appreciated the wide range of food options across the many restaurants. While delicious, the selection can become a little repetitive if you’re staying more than a week – but the quality and care that goes into the meals still shine through. The personal assistants deserve special mention – always available, always thoughtful, and always one step ahead of what we needed. Whether arranging bookings or checking in with helpful reminders, their quiet efficiency made everything feel effortless. The hotel gym is also fantastic. One of the best gyms I have been to in a hotel, and I lift pretty heavy. The sauna and spa are included and very well maintained - various different temperature saunas and an excellent large hammam for family washing. One small caveat: we did encounter a number of Russian guests whose behavior was, at times, quite rude and abrasive. However, this is more a reflection of the guest mix than the hotel itself, and certainly didn’t take away from the overall experience. Maxx Royal Belek is truly worth every penny. It’s rare to find a resort that gets the big things and the little things so right. We’re already looking forward to returning again – and seeing the familiar faces that now feel like friends.

There is nothing I can fault at this hotel We were lucky enough to have a 2 bedroom suite , ground floor, pool access near the kids club , the perfect location , all toiletries replenished daily Mini bar and snacks also , ice creams , cakes and so much to eat everywhere you look Lots for the kids to do here , lots of choices for sunbathing , Aqua park on site was brilliant Food was great in the buffet , can’t comment on al la carte as the kids refused to eat there We loved the sandwich snack bar and homemade ice lollies My only gripe would be not enough dairy free choices in the buffet restaurant , and only a couple of staff members understood no dairy or oat milk in the buffet restaurant, I think ikos “do” allergies better as they ask for your room number in all restaurants and your allergies are there for all staff to understand

I had a genuinely enjoyable time at this place! The bartender was super friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick. The cocktails were both beautifully presented and delicious — I especially recommend trying the [insert name of your favorite drink here]. The ambiance was stylish and relaxing, with just the right kind of music in the background. Prices may be a bit on the higher side, but considering the quality, it’s absolutely worth it.

Congratulations, because everyone that we met in the hotel was really gentle and helpful. And a special thanks to Serdal Sirin at the restaurant at -2. We will certainly come back! Rooms, restaurants, maintenance, cleanness, everything was perfect.

We were very disappointed with our stay at Maxx Royal. We expected high quality service, but we did not experience it, we had to ask for everything, sparkling water in the room, for the waiter to open a Prosecco wine, so that it was with bubbles. There was little seafood, and sushi only in the Japanese a la carte restaurant, for an additional fee. GENERALLY We had the impression that the food was not fresh, stewed vegetables including mushrooms were yesterday's... no one did anything ego in front of us, Chinese dumplings were inedible. The wines were salty. In Cllinan there were better. We waited a long time in the main restaurant for a waiter. Unfortunately, we will not return to this hotel, although my husband praised the golf course. ok the rooms are big and comfortable, bedding ok but pillows rubber... in march when the weather outside was over 20 degrees the hotel air conditioning didn't work! shock! we were sweating and there was nowhere to cool down.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel and it definitely won’t be the last time, we are planning to come back again this year. The service has been absolutely brilliant in every area of the hotel, whether it was just getting a drink at the bar, having lunch in the buffet restaurant, or dining in the à la carte restaurants all the waiting on team have been fabulous. The food has been delicious and although we didn’t experience all the restaurants due to my husband being ill for a lot of the holiday, we experienced enough to know that the service and quality of the food is outstanding. I didn’t think I had a sweet tooth but now I know I have due to trying lots of homemade chocolates from the chocolatier shop and the cake shop both of which were fantastic and all included in the all inclusive package. The all inclusive package is superb and well worth the money. We were invited to go and have breakfast in the Montgomery golf club not only was the breakfast spread super impressive. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend breakfast there and again all of the team provided top class service. It was a chilly morning but I insisted we ate outside to take in the views, the team got us a great table and lit the outdoor heaters and provided us with throws to keep us warm - they think of everything to make their guests happy. This was the same in the 24hr restaurant in Maxx hotel - absolute class! Our hotel room was fabulous with a great mini bar that was filled daily with generous treats and drinks and our room service team were so attentive and kept our room spotless all holiday. They even filled it with balloons and put a bed spread on saying happy birthday on my birthday. The Asian restaurant really made a fuss of me too and all the team made my birthday feel very special. They did the same for my husbands birthday the last time we came. We also watched them celebrate other guests birthday and they too went out of their way for them. Excellent attention to detail. Although the weather was not great and the sun was hot & miss with some cold days, we still sat at the pool. The bar staff were great and were always asking us did we want more drinks, fruit & snacks. We never went without a drink in hand or were allowed to go hungry. Fabulous!! I couldn’t write this review without a special mention to Tutku Akkus who was our Maxx assistant. Tutku was our assistant on the last holiday & we could not believe that she remembered us and not only that when we arrived at the hotel this time she was there waiting for us welcomed us with open arms. This was amazing Tutku made us feel special from day one and looked after us immensely all holiday! Tutku is an absolute diamond and a credit to the hotel they are very lucky to have her and we were very lucky to have her as our assistance again, she made our holiday wonderful. Maxx Royal is a great family-friendly hotel. The rooms are spacious, although the decor is a bit outdated, but everything works well, which is the most important. Cleaning is quick and thorough, and all essentials are provided. The bed is large and comfortable. The food is delicious, diverse, and fresh, with almost anything you can think of available. The hotel is massive and can feel crowded, but the all-inclusive format is very convenient. There are plenty of activities for kids. Personally, I preferred Maxx Royal Kemer for a more enjoyable experience.
