Great and unusual hotel.
More like a private village than a boring building.
Restaurant, snack bar, icecreamery and two bars.
Everywhere cleaned regularly.
Improvements are being done each day.
The food was spot on and regular available.
Staff were good.

this is a good hotel I recommend to everyone the food is delicious and the service is top notch the staff are very nice and helpful here. The waiters named Mehmet, Lokman and Zinar do their job very well. I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to have a nice time. Greetings from Poland

A charming and cozy hotel, impeccably clean with top-notch service.
The staff is genuinely eager to help.
The buffet offers a fantastic selection of traditional meats, which was a highlight of our stay.
Unfortunately the behavior of some guests was frustrating, as they left their towels on the sunbeds all day and night, as if they owned them.
Management should consider putting up a notice reminding guests that sunbeds are for everyone and cannot be reserved.
Apart from that, this is a delightful, character-filled small hotel.
The staff is genuinely eager to help.

This was an amazing vacation and we have decided to go back as often as possible. Th is is a small scale location, much bigger than the pictures suggest but still only 350 or so guests at full capacity. We were there in the off-season and loved it even more. The location and amenities are excellent, food is much better than most buffet-style offerings, but the real attraction are the people who work there. Helpful, friendly, thoughtful and clearly this has been the case for a long time. In the short time we were there, several new arrivals greeted the staff like family, and we're obviously beloved returning guests. It was an absolute delight to be there.

In hotel you feel like in Greece, very friendly staff, delicious food. Only one bad thing, were are no private beach. Really recommend this hotel for your vacation😉

The hotel is very good for this price. The rooms were clean and cleaned regularly. The room facilities were very good. The food in the hotel restaurant was very good. I recommend going to the ala carte restaurant in the hotel. A very elegant and tasty dinner. The hotel staff was very nice and talkative. There are also very nice people working at the reception, such as Onur. A very nice, professional, helpful and talkative guy. The location of the hotel is also very good, it is close to the beach. The bus stop is in front of the hotel. There is also a shop near the hotel. To sum up, the hotel is very good. Greetings from Poland! Miłosz and Dominika

Absolutely loved our week at Poloma Family, super clean. Amazing staff. Lots of food. 2 lovely pools. 5 minute walk to the beach which had a string of restaurants and shops for a lovely evening wonder. Staff bent over backwards to make our stay fabulous.

Amazing place with wonderful staff. Me and my family we have spent a lovely time in the hotel. It has the family vibe and it feels very cozy to be here. The food is absolutely delicious!!! I think we've all gained some weight because it is seriously so good. It is always fresh and full of flavours. I would love to come back here.

1 weeks stay with my son (20yrs old). Food was ok, although limited but plenty on selection. All inclusive, although from 11.00pm you have to pay for your alcoholic beverages. Didn't understand that bit as All Inclusive. Pool area nice with plenty sunbeds and pool bar very nice. Staff excellent, and always on hand if you required anything
