Apartment Hotels in Bodrum

Had a fabulous week here. The hotel staff are great and the bar staff really go out of their way. Breakfast was good too. The rooms are great but under furniture etc could do with being a little cleaner. Not anything that should stop you staying there. Would recommend The Royal for food. They picked us up and returned us to our hotel, the food was fantastic and the service too.

Very nice hotel, Ideal for families and couples. Nice pools, friendly bar staff, rooms are pretty basic but clean. Beach is very basic as well but has a nice breeze in the afternoon. We like the location because it is the last hotel on the beach but it may be a bit isolated for some. Overall very good value but keep an eye on bar prices

Absolutely fantastic. Only 1 problem I've had. Cleaner's joined mine and my daughters beds and hid rubbish between the beds. They knew we are father and daughter but wanted us to sleep as if it was a double bed. However, the rest of the staff are great and it's a fantastic place to stay. Just the cleaners need to improve. They also left our kitchen sink filthy (we haven't used it yet). Can't fault...

We stayed bed and breakfast here. The rooms are clean but tired and have enough utensils to make a basic meal.With a single hotplate that struggles to boil water, don't expect to make anything fancy though. The staff are friendly and work really hard here and can't be faulted. Welcome was ok, with some little lies about things. The hotel used to be nice. Now its rubbish. Maybe beacuse of the end of season everybody was tired. Not too many customers at that time. Perhaps it was boring foe the staff. Spent one night there and mainly becaus no internet I checked to an other hotel with working internet. And that was good. Ay siesta beach from my 6 days the internet worked only...

On Day 3 of our holiday to Time to Smile Mavi and the holiday so far has been superb! The hotel rooms are clean and well equipped with walk in wardrobe and shower, kitchenette, balcony on the bedroom and living room and all the staff are happy and friendly. Good choice of restaurants and activities to do nearby as well as supermarkets and little shops. We have gone with TUI and did their safari jeep...

Accommodation is Top Notch and facilities well above average considering it's Turkey. The Owner is friendly and helpful, however if you want to lie by pool and listen to music in the background, then my advice is go down early as by the early afternoon the music has been cranked up so much it's difficult to have a conversation or rest. I suspect this may become a Hotel particularly for the early twenties...

I stayed in many hotels but it is the first time I am so satisfied with a hotel, you have everything you need. The room has a kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, balcony and a great spacious walk-in closet. The employees are super friendly, if you have any questions they help you right away. My thanks go especially to Farit😊. I recommend this hotel to everyone!!!

Absolutely awesome! Well designed and very functional area! Modern apartments with comfortable bedrooms, separate walk-in wardrobes and fully prepared and practical kitchen. Big plus for a balcony in every apartment. Just notice that it’s not Bodrum but a Gumbet and that’s a complete different vibe tho… loads of teenagers and weird parties, it’s not possible to have a peaceful time on the local beach...

Great hotel in a great location. The owners can't do enough for you & are extremely friendly. The rooms are big enough for a couple & is in a location quiter enough to get a good nights sleep.my room was cleaned everyday, with fresh bedding

Spent 10 days here! The staff were really nice and friendly. Apartments were large and well cleaned during our way. Pool was large and surrounding area was kept really clean. I highly recommend! Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely n clean hotel apartments.. stayed in May 9th 2019 for a week and was very pleased on what we had booked for our weeks holiday.. the pool was lovely n cleaned and relaxing had kids wee pool too. weather was hot 36/38.. staff very welcome us there and lovely too to speak to. Food was amazing good . Got 2 super markets cross the road, n night life more up the street, not far to walk up. Still...

Love it, great apartment cleaners in every day Plenty of clean towels, beds changed often. Lovely pool, and friendly, helpful staff Near beach (5mins) supermarkets opposite side of the road and 2/3 minutes walk to bars and restaurants . dolmuş (bus) to Bodrum can be caught at the corner of the road

Overall nothing much to fault, whole place was spotless, bedding and towels changed daily and hotel was sprayed weekly for bugs. Staff ultra friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We had a problem with our aircon, reported it to reception and it was fixed within 15 minutes. Only down side was we were self catering so would have liked to have been able to watch the TV in the morning with breakfast...

At first glance was not what we were used to but not been to turkey befor now we understand culture and what to expect we ended up loving it scott the manager and all other staff were extremely helpful and had a great 2 weeks and caint wait to go back

While the proximity to the sea is a big plus; place has infrastructure issues like smelly sewage. WiFi coverage.

Visit Helicarnassus (Bodrum) in style with your own 3 bedroom flat with surround balcony or opt to upgrade to the spacious two level with direct access to the garden and pools . The garden was peaceful and we didn't have problems with sharing the facilities with the other guests , everyone was friendly and polite . Retron is perfectly situated next to Gümbet Beach and mid way between the party centre...

The apartments are in a lovely setting surrounding a great pool. The rooms are kept spotlessly clean. Cafe/restaurant and pool bar are excellent and reasonably priced. The staff (especially Aziz) are extremely friendly and helpful and play a big part in making this a great place to holiday. Also well located only 10 mins from bars, restaurants and beach and a cheap taxi fare away from Bodrum.

Lovely clean and friendly hotel close to local restaurants and shops. Unfortunately far too many stairs for me. Also the lack of balcony/outside space in apartments was a disappointment.

Stayed for 11 nights in May and had a great holiday.Found the Agar a very clean and friendly hotel, where the meals were excellent.The service provided by Mary and Elvun and the rest of the staff was 1st class and we'll certainly be comingback.

The Agar Is a brilliantly located Apartments really well kept grounds and pools . Rooms could do with modernising and a bit of an uplift but very clean site. Food and drinks are excellent and very cheap. Located not far from beach and shops and bars . 10 minute walk to the lot

You get what you pay for. Location is 10/10. Equipment 6/10, beds 4/10, Staff 9/10, pool 8/10. Could do better: WIFI (only reception & bar) no Wifi in apartments far from the bar and reception, Air conditioning only in the bedroom, whoever sleeps in the living room suffer the heat (impossible to sleep). Could also upgrade the TV’s (old tv with no HDMI or any connecting point). Some indoor refurbishment...

An oasis of calm amidst the masses and the sun. Pool ample for actual swimming, plenty of loungers, lovely compact apartments, and perfect location for everything in Gümbet

The hotel is located on a quiet street adorned with flowers, and is a two-minute walk from the public beach and marina. At the same time, there are many places to meet your eating and drinking needs very close by. I recommend, the employees are friendly and sincere. The location is very good, very close to the entertainment centers, the rooms are generally clean. In fact, if you want a very good place that depends on you a little, you can look for a very good place so that small flaws do not catch your eye.

Mr. Erhan truly knows how to be a host and what it means to be in the hospitality business. Lovely property. Unbeatable location that’s less than 4 minutes walk to the beach. The landscaping is wonderful and the whole place is so well designed to be peaceful and calming. There is a pool.

The positives are that its centrally located. The beach is a 3 min walk as are the bars and shops. The rooms are decent size with washing machine and a kitchen with some cutlery. They do not provide any tissue paper, soap etc, so you will need to bring all those things with you. Pool is decent and the breakfast is average. The negatives are the poor attitude of the staff. Except for the elder gentlemen...

Good and clean accommodation, breakfast tailored for our needs and kind staff. Yet they don't want to clean your room everyday, a certain number of days is required to receive this service. Well, we had a washing machine. The hotel is central, beach and clubs just a step away. But it is certainly a hotel for party folk.

Amazing place. Well furnished ,comfortable. We took the ground floor apartment. There is a washing machine. AC in the sitting room and bedroom. Clean. Little kitchenette. The receptionists are wonderful. Place to park the car. A clean pool with lovely songs playing. Round the corner there are cafes, supermarkets, shops. Will stay here time and time again. My top priority is cleanliness always - great...

Good locaton, kind owners and host. We could spend time bby the pool whenever we wanted. Overal it was worth the price. Some things could be better, room servise was not available, i guess because we rented the room through Airbnb, so we should not have expected any shampoo or room servise 🥲 Very close to the sea, 1 min walk. Overall I was happy. And we searched, with this price you cannot find any...

People are nice and helpful. Place is spacious. Has towels and bed covers. Great AC in both rooms. If you are more into arts or certain vibes, then the place is not really for you because it is plain and has no colours. Other than that, lovely garden and swimming pool. Also nice balcony.

Beautiful property. Staff so so lovely and helpful. Staff made the holiday 10 times more enjoyable made us feel at home and comfortable the location is A1 close to everything, everything in walking distance 10/10 would recommend and will be staying again.

The apartment looked as it did in the photos, had two balconies too which was lovely. The staff were all so lovely and kind, they helped us so much throughout the whole trip. Location was great too as it was literally 1 minute from the beach, a Turkish spa and some local bars and clubs.

Our room was at the last floor, with a view. Definitely a nice one. The air conditioner was doing a weird noise when on, but that's it. M-Suite is very well located in Gumbet. The staff was nice and helpful, they booked a taxi for us when it was difficult to do there, offered us their help with a few things also. Missing point is : laundry service would be SUPER nice 👍

Room is clean with nice view to the sea. Quite pool to enjoy in the afternoon. The most important is staff are extremely nice and very cooperative especially Ms, Cana who would do anything to make your stay very pleasant. The room I had with a small Kitchenette is convenient for preparing a breakfast which is an extra added to value. The Wi-Fi connection is a little weak and cuts off from time to time...
