Reviews
On our last night I noticed a roach by the bathroom door. I called reception and they sent someone to “pick it up” but didn’t want to do anything else for me. They offered a larger room but we declined it since we were literally leaving in a few hours. I would have appreciated a discount off the hotel bill or something else.
On a separate note- breakfast was the best part of our stay. Breakfast staff was great. Receptionist staff, not so much. They weren’t terrible but also didn’t make you feel welcomed.
Now that I go back and read everyone’s reviews they all same thing rude staff and not a clean facility and yes rooms not being cleaned
Disappointing Experience – Poor Hospitality and Service
We had high hopes for this hotel after extensive research, but unfortunately, it was a big letdown. Throughout our trip in Turkey, we encountered wonderful, kind people—except at this place. The staff seriously need some training in hospitality.
The breakfast staff, particularly one lady, was outright rude. There were only two people serving, and they seemed miserable in their jobs. If they don’t like what they’re doing, they should quit. We’re paying for this experience, not the other way around.
On top of that, housekeeping was non-existent. When we returned to our room, we found it hadn’t been cleaned. Upon asking, we were told they only clean after guests check out! That’s completely ridiculous—housekeeping is a basic service. No lotion in the bathroom, toiletries were left untouched, and the bed and floors weren’t cleaned. I’ll attach photos to show the state of things.
There are many other hotel options in the area, and I’d recommend avoiding this one. Though it’s close to the city center, there are two other hotels nearby that are probably much better.
The service and hospitality at this place are severely lacking. There’s no friendly staff or anyone willing to help.
One more strange thing: they have two pools. The pool that gets the most sunlight and is warmer closes at 6 PM, while the colder pool stays open later. This makes no sense.
Overall, I would suggest you stay elsewhere if you want good service and a pleasant
Look the place is beautiful but rest of the things that go with is not beautiful
Also they only give water free on first day and really cheap coffe and tea packets are free
Next day they charge for tea and coffee packets who does that in this age honestly it costs nothing but that how cheap this place us and the food at Dante there restaurants is expensive
Rest of the pics of hotel everyone has put
But if you go down the slope there is instankoy and Eva check that
The staff's kindness and professionalism were noteworthy. They were always ready to assist with a smile, which greatly enhanced our overall experience. The pool area was well-maintained, offering a clean and relaxing environment to unwind.
However, we visited during Bayram, and finding a parking spot was quite challenging. This minor inconvenience was outweighed by the hotel's excellent amenities and services.
Overall, I would rate Manzara Hotel a solid 5/5. The combination of great service, delicious breakfast, and a clean, inviting pool makes it a fantastic choice for a relaxing getaway.
