Hotel Gulec in Bodrum

At the time of booking, I had asked for an airport transfer well before my check in date. He replied “subject to availability” and didn’t even bother to follow up or ask how I’m getting there.
At the time of check-in, I was told it’ll be 12pm even though I got there at 8am. I thought he’d ask the existing guests to check out on time AT THE LEAST, but the guests in my room checked out later than the checkout time and I only got the room at 1pm. It was extremely rude and indifferent behaviour.
A day before my check-out date, I had informed the reception that I’ve made another night’s booking on Agoda and he said he’d talk to the owner and confirm. But they never got back to me so I thought it was understood. Next day in the afternoon, while I was sleeping, I hear a knock 4 times and when I go out, there’s nobody. Imagine this happening when you’re sleeping in the privacy of a hotel room. I was frustrated by this and tried to go back to sleep. Then, the owner, the reception guys and 1 other guy who I’ve no idea who he was ganged up outside my room and told me “you should have INFORMED US that you booked this room. It’s a 3 person room, you need to pack and we I can send you to the other hotel”. I was SUPREMELY confused as to what’s going on. I was like okay, it’s a 3 person room, but I paid in full and booked online (like anybody else would) so what’s the problem? And the hotel they were sending me to was 1/4th of the price I paid for this room.
I told them either refund my money or book a room in the vicinity of the same value. The owner got agitated and handed me the cash saying “here, take your money, and I will pay for your other hotel if you want. It’s my penalty”
All I had in my mind was ellipsis. It was a bizarre experience to say the least and I don’t recommend staying here if you want your space as you should have in a HOTEL. This should be a called a HOMESTAY instead.

I have made a reservation on online Booking.com. When I arrive Hotel the request for the pay more than what was on online and I refuse to pay and then they were not friendly with me They got a terrible hospitality As soon as when I left, they change the price straight away

We took the bus from Denizli and arrived at the hotel in the early morning. We had no other choice since there was ONLY ONE BUS PER DAY from our last destination to Bodrum. The boss was mad at our early request to leave our luggage there. He was extremely rude. What was worse, after we checked in, we were given a tiny room with four single beds with NO SPACE FOR WALKING BETWEEN, which was apparently much smaller than the one I booked online. During our two-night stay there, the boss stayed impolite and cold at us. This was the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at. Not recommended at all.

The experience was really bad. The owner was super rude over the phone. Watch you are booking from agoda. Also there is no parking by this establishment and breakfast doesnt include much its just like they are trying to cut down their expenses any way possible. They didnt not even give the water but instead u have you pay for the water bottle. Absolutely terrible hotel so far i have stayed in. You should watch out. Dont get impressed by the location its totally not worth it.
