Two lovely couple running this beautiful place and they are extremely helpful. Room was clean and big enough for 3 people and its even better if you gonna stay 2 people like us. Last but not least location of the hotel is amazing. Its 50 meter to the public beach, famous bazaar and also bars & clubs area of Bodrum. So you may find everything you want with this boutique hotel as comfort, taste and location. Enjoy your stay!

Excellent hotel. I absolutely recommend staying here. The hotel is owned by Jen and Tahir and they are the ultimate hosts - very personable and want to make sure your stay in Bodrum is a good one. They are very knowledgeable about the area and can give recommendations for meals and activities. Great location, just steps from the waterfront, beach, and restaurants/cafes but away from all the noise. The neighbourhood is safe and walkable. Room is small but very clean and has everything you need (tv, outlets, fridge, en suite). Brekkie is delicious - there is both a Turkish and continental option. Book here, you won't regret it!

We liked the hotel because of the welcome and permanent attention from the owners. Breakfast is good but the courtyard under the tree makes it special and very pleasant. The rooms are well equipped, with modern windows ensuring a peaceful night. We found the decoration a bit simple but it is a detail.
Finally, the location is great, near the beach and a mere 10 mn walk to the heart of the city.
A very good address for Bodrum that we really recommend.

The best place I’ve ever stayed in, what’s more than a place full of love and kindness to make your trip a memorable one. The owners of the place make you feel like home. I had my birthday and Jen baked me a cake made with so much love.. the cleanliness, coziness and everything was just amazing about the place. I highly recommend it.

A great unique place to stay in Bodrum. The location is so ideal, a 2 minutes walk to the beach. The hosts are always willing to assist and communicating in English is not a problem if you are visiting from overseas. The free added extras they provide, like water refills, tea and coffee (quality espresso style coffee) when you like are a great added feature I have never seen in a hotel in Türkiye and make for that homely feel. It has an inviting communal area to sit and relax if you feel social. It’s like a home away from home.

I can’t say enough good things about this place and the owners. The hotel is owned and run by the most wonderful couple, an Australian woman and her Turkish husband. They’re a big part of why our Bodrum trip was so special. We booked their place for 3 nights and ended up staying for almost 2 weeks.

1. Room. clean, quiet, reasonably spacious. Comfortable bed.
2. Staff. Friendly, nice, helpful. Always smiling and happy.
3. Breakfast. It was served at their beautiful cozy garden. Fresh and delicious. Consistently good everyday.
4. Location. Can’t beat it. Right next to water and all the shops and restaurants.

I stayed at the Merih Hotel for 4 nights during my solo trip to Bodrum. Upon my arrival, the owner, Jen gave me a warm welcome where she provided lovely tips about places to dine out and visit.

The room that I was staying in was a lovely decorated, cozy, comfortable bed, that comes with an air condition. Most importantly with a high standard of cleanliness. The hotel location is convenient, right by the beach and within walking distance of the shopping area, restaurants, bars, Bodrum castle and marina. What more can I ask? But there are more!

Every morning the hotel staff along with Jen prepare fresh and healthy breakfast for each guest. Jen would prepare breakfast based on each guest's preference and dietary requirements.

During my stay, I was unfortunately not very well physically due to seasonal allergies, Jen and their staff ensured that I was being well looked after.

My regret is probably that I didn't stay longer, but one thing is for sure, I shall return soon. I highly recommend the Merih Hotel to everyone who is going to visit Bodrum. I promise you, you will leave here with a mostly heartwarming experience.

Such a lovely place with the kindest hosts you could imagine. The rooms are very basic but all you need is there, including a perfectly silent airco. The patio is the place where you'll love spending time since is has this cosy feel to it.

Jen, her husband and the team took excellent care of us and also because of illness we decided to extend our stay with another day.

Breakfast was great, they even served vegan options for us and we much appreciate the team preventing plastic waste by serving free fresh water, coffee and tea at request.

Location is very close to the beach. The street can be a bit noisy so if you are sensitive to this, bring earplugs so you are in the middle of a vivid city.

Ideal location for people with adventurous mindset, who like to have a chat and don't want to go for just another all-inclusive hotel.

Perfect accommodation to feel like home.
Nice rooms, delicious breakfast and lovely staff. The hotel is located at few minutes walk from the beach and the City center. Jane, the host, makes the real difference, she is a cheerful person, always available for any requests and ready to solve any little problem. Absolutely suggested for a regenerating holiday.
