Great location - truly ski-in ski-out! ⛷️

Had a brilliant time in the hotel. Fantastic location, mid-mountain. Great food and fun late-night bar. I’ll certainly be back soon. Başak and all hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful.

Rooms are good and clean but not well , foods are repetitious but menu is varied , the glasses in three times smells very very bad maybe need to check the dishwashers!! Place is very good and near ski track . Entertainment and parties are fun . Thanks dedeman

Great stay! Breakfast was really good, a wide selection! The room was spacious and comfortable. Views from the room is amazing. Walking distance to Palandoken Ski resort. At the end of the day I can literally ride my snowboard back down to the hotel. Very convenient.
Their staff were very nice and helped a lot throughout the stay too. Highly recommend!

Today we decided to have lunch at the cafe in the middle of our ski day. We ordered two pasta dishes, a salad and a hamburger. After. 50 min wait only one pasta arrived.
They wasted a whole hour of our ski time.
We were starving and when we told them to cancel our dishes they were rude enough to say “OK” right away. They said there was a mix-up in the kitchen.very unprofessional 😣

All in all a great hotel! Thanks to Mrs. Başak’s hospitality, who helped us with our questions, we had a pleasant stay at the Dedeman Hotel. The staff here is very friendly, the food is tasty and the hotel is clean. The location of this hotel i ideal for skiing as it is right in the middle of the mountain. Just dont forget to bring lip balm as the air is very dry.

Thanks to Mrs Başak we received the best hospitality and service there is concerning our stay at this hotel. The food was always delicious and there too, the service was excellent.
Honestly the hotel is not the newest but for sure the cleanest. Beds were very comfortable and Bathrooms very clean.
Skiing itself is very fun thanks to the great nature but also thanks to the staff at the ski-rental. Special thanks to Mr. Ali Osman for helping us.

Stayed for 6 nights in Feb 23. Family of four, we had a fantastic stay here at Dedeman Palandöken. It is right on the slopes, 10 metres from a great chair lift. The hotel has everything you need for a family ski holiday. There wasn't an 'All Inclusive' rate in 2023, and drinks weren't cheap, but the food was top class. Better than many hotels and I'm a frequent traveller. 3 hearty meals a day (plus a mid afternoon tea with the Full Board +) we could always find something for the whole family.
The skiing was great even though only the lower routes were open due to the Feb 23 Earthquake.
The Spa facilities were OK, with a decent sized pool for the kids to.splash about in on our 1 bad weather day.
The hotel were really flexible with moving ski passes, ski hire and lessons around to skip the day we missed.
Massive shout out to the instructor staff too. Fatih got our 6 year old and 4 year old skiing really quickly and was super friendly - an absolute credit to the hotel.

Basically best place to stay in Palandöken location-wise, unfortunately too outdated, not friendly for asthmatic people (old dusty carpets everywhere), to much cigarette smoke throughout the hotel. Not much has been changed in the 20years I’ve been coming here.
I might actually come back again next year (although begrudgingly) as this hotel is perfectly placed, close to the skiing lift, food is always good, never had a bad experience with the people working here. But come on Dedeman holding….it’s time ;correction IT’S WAY PAST TIME for a renovation.
Ps stay away from the spa, too muffy, too much cigarette-smoke and way too expensive for what you get. I used to get 4 to 5 massages in a week, not this year with these new prices.
