We stayed for the weekend during the 2024 semester break. Palandöken is not as busy as other ski resorts, but it had its own density, but we were able to easily benefit from all the hotel's facilities. It is one of the most famous/quality hotels in Palandöken. They offer everything they promise. So you can choose it with peace of mind.

Polat is a great hotel to stay at. I stayed for work and snowboarding. Everything was handy - transfer to the big mountain and rental equipment. Had an absolutely outstanding stay at the Balsoy. Really enjoyed being close to the center of Erzurum, but far enough from the city center enjoy a peaceful mountain setting. The accommodations were top notch, and the breakfast buffet was expansive. Our daughter (2 year old) loved the cozy lobby. Finally Mr Emrah was an outstanding host and told us a lot about Erzurum and the surrounding area.

I spent 8 days at the Balsoy hotel in Palandoken. The location is perfect and all the areas of the hotel are very comfortable. The staff is extremely kind and I want to leave a special thanks to Mr. Emrah, who was so kind to go to the village to buy me a drug that I needed and was super friendly and available during my all stay. Definitely recommended.

Beautiful place with nice view!

It is ordinary hotel, it is located near by lift, i would say maximum 1 minute to walk from hotel to lift. Well, food is not good. Nevertheless, it is the cheapest hotel you can stay around here guys since you come for skiing or snowboarding, it should be OK to stay.

Best Ski experience anyone can ask for. Direct access to great ski. The facilities are amazing especially the gym, Adem is great and his ability to speak English well is a great asset for someone like myself who doesn’t speak Turkish.

There was a room reservation problem. Although I booked 2 separate rooms, only one room was booked. The problem was solved and then the room type I selected was not set up. The service was not good, it was just clean.

Very nice and quiet place with helpful staff. They provide perfect breakfast with many traditional turkish items. It's really close to the centre and all the tourist destinations. If you have a personal car, parking can be tricky. Really enjoyed!

Perfect hotel to explore Erzurum during three days. From the pictures I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the room and common spaces were very clean and well maintained. Great location & calm. Breakfast is good and staff is helpful. For the price, this is really a gem! Definitely recommend.

Excellent value! This is a very clean, basic hotel close to some of the attractions of the city of Ezurum. As two women travellers, we felt secure and at ease in both the city and Otel Çinar. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The owner is such a kind man with a lovely smile :)

This was a good stay. The personnel was extremely kind and helpful. It felt like they can do whatever you ask. The room was clean and looked fresh and modern.
