Absolute horrendous service...in the lounge and the outside bar. You ask for a drink...maybe your pronunciation was not 10000% correct....but rather than helping.. he just says he doesn't understand and walks off..... Another time we asked for 2 drinks, one being Corona....15 minutes later nothing.. ask again nothing. After nearly half an hour says there's no beer.. so rude it's almost laughable. Everyone else around where getting all their drinks first...having all their little needs and requests quickly pampered to.. would you like a blanket.. let me put the heating on....is the sun too far to the left or is it ok.. can i change the furniture to a different angle...😄 but clearly being british you don't get the same treatment. The rudest...arrogant people I've ever met... oh and always on their phones. When they're not pampering to all the Princesses.

Hotel is recently renovated with reasonably good taste. Detached from the main skiing area called Ejder.

Restaurant offers a wide variety of open buffet type food with mediocre taste. Personnnel at the restaurant are attentive and helpfull. Be prepared to pay a $100 for a medium quality bottle of wine.

Two chairlifts belonging to hotel are free and ancient and fit for a museum. The ski pist can satisfy a serious skier for a half day, but a seperate ancient chair lift can take you to ejder where more pists are available at ₺700 a day which is on the cheap side.

The front desk gave us a very bad experience at 10:00 pm. The room was smelling cigarette and explanation was it was not allowed to smoke in the rooms but people smoked contrary to the rule. The room was small and the extra bed provided for my 6 year old grand daughter made the room a very tight place. I asked for a larger room and willing to pay for the difference. This was refused on the grounds that reservations made thru travel agents could not be upgraded and that was not the concern of the hotel management. Finally, after distastefull communication, the front desk unwillingly gave us a “family room” which was same size as our previous room minus cigarette smell and couch replaced by a second bed. At least we had some space to move around the room.

The standard room ain't the most beautiful, but besides that it ridiculous how expensive everything is in this hotel is. E.g. they sell a wine which costs like 80lira for 500...
We reserved the all-inclusive package but if you want to drink a water besides the mealtimes zu gotta pay for it...
The Internet ist ALWAYS to slow.

But The staff is really well educated and polite.
The only good thing in this hotel is the ski area which is directly in front of the hotel door.
I really cannot recommend this hotel, sorry. If I should do another vacation in Palandöken I definitely will look for another/better hotel.
