Whilst the previous stays gave been relaxing, this time it has been very disappointing.
The hotel has 4 main ski runs, for most of our 4 days, one of these has been taken over by race training schools. Disappointing as this is the best of the runs.
The hotel management do not appear to care how children behave or misbehave. Specifically going to the lounge for a quiet drink before dinner. There was a crown of children running, screaming, climbing over the furniture, the parents did not seem to care. We asked the waitress, and the reception staff twice if something could be done. Nothing happened.
The general level of service is erratic, dometimes excellent sometimes very poor.
Service is amazing. Staff are very nice and friendly. Everyone has a big laughter on their face.
Food is incredible. Every day, i had the time of my life.
Spa service is perfect. Many options.
Best kids club I have seen in a hotel.
I highly recommend this hotel. A must visit.
