Palan Ski & Convention Resort Hotel

It's been a week since we returned from vacation, and everything was really great. The staff in particular was just superb!!!

This hotel is very close to the ski slopes and a shuttle brings and takes you when ever you want. The staff is very friendly, helpful and hospitable.
We enjoyed the amenities (sauna and massages) after a day on the skis.
The buffet offered a variety of dishes (mainly Turkish) to choose from.
Everything was clean and tidy. The rooms are slightly outdated but comfortable and bright. I would come back to stay at this hotel.

An old but quality hotel. Their services were good. Breakfast was an open buffet and had a rich menu.

We took a 10-day ski permit at Palan Hotel Erzurum in February 2024.
In general, we were pleased with the hotel. There were some minor actions that we did not like.
- We were not satisfied with the staff working at the reception. It is said that it is okay, but it is not done. We asked for a vase, but they never brought it to the room.
- Mr. Selçuk, who heard about the problems we had at the reception, solved the problems immediately, thank you. Also, I would like to thank Mr. Fatih very much. He helped us with everything we asked or had a problem with.👍
- The guys working in the restaurant were working very well. For example, pita maker İmran Usta was at his job before anyone else and was making wonderful pitas. "Well done, master." I would like to thank Mr. Murat who worked in the service and the other employees were also very nice. I would like to thank those who greeted me at the door and those who served inside.
- I recommend Palan Hotel to everyone. Spa center, swimming pool, gym room were very nice.
- Also, there is always a shuttle service from the hotel to the skiing area. The guys are very nice, I would also like to thank Mr. Nurullah.
Except for these minor problems, we were satisfied and I can say that we will stay at this hotel again.

This is a facility where we went for a ski holiday with my girlfriend both this year and last year and we were very satisfied. There is a friendly, sincere and helpful atmosphere here, which starts from the moment we get off the plane with the person arriving for the transfer and continues throughout the entire holiday. The location of the hotel is very close to the ski resort, within walking distance. In addition, there is also a service to take you to the ski resort and bring you back to the hotel whenever you want. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. Only the facility is a bit old, but they have kept everything clean and well-maintained, and in this respect, it more than meets the expectations from a ski holiday. In summary, we were very pleased with every aspect, I would recommend it to anyone who is considering a ski holiday in Palandöken, considering that it is also at a reasonable price.

We had a good stay. We would stay there again. It was very convenient for skiing and also the spa facilities were excellent.

We stayed at the Palan Hotel from 02/04/2023 to 02/14/2023. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a Russian-speaking hotel employee who helped us quickly register and check in. At first we were given a room on the fifth floor, but due to the sloping ceiling they decided to change; without any problems we were given a room on the first floor. The standard room is not large, there is a built-in wardrobe, an armchair with a table, a kettle with accessories. The beds are good, the blankets are warm, there are extra ones, they even offered orthopedic pillows. Heating via air conditioning. We found ourselves in an abnormally cold time, the temperature at night reached -22, during the day -15, so we never turned on additional heating, the temperature was comfortable, even after skiing we ventilated the room, the quality of construction of the mountain hotel was excellent!!! We lived on a full board plus basis. The system really works, you didn’t spend a single lira during your stay! The ski pass was issued every day in the morning (it was included), after skiing, gym, swimming pool, sauna. There is a large children's room, a tennis table, billiards and places where a large group can sit. Three meals a day. It’s so varied and tasty, you can’t even decide which is better: breakfast, lunch or dinner. An abundance of greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, various salads, stewed vegetables, meat, chicken, although there was fish only twice, but very tasty. There is even an afternoon tea, we didn’t use it, we came to ski after all. From the hotel to the ski lift there are three hundred steps in boots (that’s 150m), so a minibus runs from the door and meets you from the mountain! In the skiroom they help you take off your shoes, which I was very confused about; I have never seen such service in twenty years of trips to the Alps.
Special thanks to the girls working at the reception, they will always come up and ask if there are any problems with the hotel, any wishes, what is needed. To ensure a good holiday, I consider the Hotel staff to be the main thing, and here everything is top notch!!!
I will definitely try to come to this hotel again and recommend it to my friends!

Good hotel for ski, a little bit far away from the city.
Food is nice and the hotel will do good with a good revamp. But overall we enjoyed our stay very much.
Staff are really friendly and helpful, on the last day the hotel/airport transfer almost made us mis our flight, but it turned out ok in the end

This is a very clean and nice place to stay, I recommend it.
