Pommes frites was always good but the meatballs were sometimes good, sometimes not so good. The tea time snacks are awesome. The simit, chocolate dipped cereals, salty cookies, cakes, everything was superb

Adel , KUWAIT I was there on May 2016 for 5 nights. We got excelent walk inn rate with upgrade to higher floor. Service was excelent and breakfast was very tasty with so many choices

Ski rental area is great, every room has its own locker, so there's no hurry for looking for an available locker. Ski rental prices are normal, instructors (especially trainer Recep) were awesome

The ski lifts, the personelle, the snow, all was great. The rooms are adequate but the air conditioning system makes the air of the rooms so dry that your lips stick together

This place is one of the best ski resorts in Erzurum. It has private ski slopes, a simple design, clean rooms and the slopes are open at night! I personally think that this place deserves 5 stars.

The location of this hotel i ideal for skiing as it is right in the middle of the mountain. Just dont forget to bring lip balm as the air is very dry. Sincere regards to the hotel and their hospitality
