Best Ski experience anyone can ask for. The facilities are amazing especially the gym, Adem is great and his ability to speak English well is a great asset for someone like myself who doesn’t speak Turkish

However, the gondola wasn’t working during my stay, so I had to use a shuttle, which was a bit inconvenient. The lodge has a slightly outdated feel, and the shower had low water pressure and some blockage issues

Pleasantly surprised, reception very welcoming, explained everything, asked for a room overlooking the street as our vehicle was too high for their garage, no problem, room was a little dated but for the space and price good, very good evening meal, quite night and comfortable, great variety for breakfast

Nice place near Erzurum. Food is ok. Room is a little bit old and fine for Turkish standards, a little bit warmer than usual. The reception is very helpful. It’s a classic Turkish hotel. Don’t expect Hilton standards 😉
