I travel to Gaziantep regularly for work and after a few unsatisfactory stays I was lucky to land at the Tuçgan. The hotel is lovely, quiet and very centrally located. The rooms are spacious and quite comfortable, and the higher floors have a beautiful view, as does the rooftop restaurant. The breakfast is lavish and the food in the restaurant is excellent. However, the thing that really makes this place is the staff. They are extremely professional and always friendly and helpful. I was staying here during the 2023 earthquake and even though all the staff and their families were impacted, they came in and took care of the guests at the hotel. They made sure we had food and water even though it got more difficult to find after a few days. I was deeply impressed and touched. Kadir, in particular, is always extremely kind and regularly goes above and beyond to help me and to make me feel at home. I want to express my deep appreciation and I look forward to every stay.

Very charming, the food is delicious, we had a lovely workshop.
Although the sound system needs to be maintained, and some minor renovation in stairs will make it even better.

The place is very neat, clean, and well furnished,the service is excellent, the view is very beautiful over the city. Location is near by all facilities, especially the old traditional shops. Breakfast is nice and the staff are very cooperative and helpful.

I like it so much, the place of the hotel is near to everything needed, the rooms were clean and the staff were very polite.

The prices are really high I always prefer it but this time I was surprised with the price it was 100 usd but it doesn't deserve it

None has complained about ant of its services yet. I believe it's one of the best hotels in Gaziantep.

I didn't stay at this hotel, but I ate in its downstairs restaurant. The food was okay, as was the service. Nothing to get excited about, but nothing to complain about either. I will say that the entire hotel environment seems somewhat depressed. I'm guessing that it's directly related to the lack of tourism after the February 6th earthquake. So I would highly recommend that you spend the night or two in this or any other hotel in Gaziatep.... just to give them a little financial boost. A cheerful boost in morale would not hurt either.

It's a nice big hotel. Staff is friendly and available. It's located 5 min walking to the ancient city center and 1 min to the sanko Park. However the 5 stars are too pretentious as the furnitures are little old, the food is just ok and cleaning can be improved.
