It was my first time at this Hotel and the city. I loved the hotel. I stayed in one of the suites and I really like the whole experience. The room was very clean, I’ve checked nearly every corner of the room and I was surprised how clean it was. You know there some places they oversee usually, but this room has none! I like the little touches they made design-wise. I like their choice of brand, Atelier Rebul for soaps, shampoo and etc…

Fantastic place. The rooms are large and very comfortable. Very clean place and a few areas to relax. Breakfast was excellent and the rooftop restaurant a real stand out. With 360 views and a reasonable menu. Service was first class. Apart from a la carte they also have buffet type on weekends. The checking procedure was fast track. A 7 euro taxi will take you to the highlights like Mozaic museum

Great hotel! The room was lovely, comfortable, and very clean. We had dinner, at the rooftop restaurant, and breakfast, and both were very good. The location is good, just north of an old neighbourhood and about a 15-20 mins to the old city and market areas; plenty of groceries, pharmacies, and restaurants around.

Lovely hotel very safe . Everybody working at this hotel are great from the manager onwards. Everyone with a lovely smile . 👌👏

In the middle of the city, nice view, a bit old hotel, staff is very friendly, hotel is clean, but don’t expect 5 star as compare to European standards:) Again one of the best choice in city

I had too much street noise in 2 other hotels in the city. Finally found out, this quiet hotel, with quality beds and especially pillows.

No.1 in Ayintap (Gaziantep)

I travel to Gaziantep regularly for work and after a few unsatisfactory stays I was lucky to land at the Tuçgan. The hotel is lovely, quiet and very centrally located. The rooms are spacious and quite comfortable, and the higher floors have a beautiful view, as does the rooftop restaurant. The breakfast is lavish and the food in the restaurant is excellent. However, the thing that really makes this place is the staff. They are extremely professional and always friendly and helpful. I was staying here during the 2023 earthquake and even though all the staff and their families were impacted, they came in and took care of the guests at the hotel. They made sure we had food and water even though it got more difficult to find after a few days. I was deeply impressed and touched. Kadir, in particular, is always extremely kind and regularly goes above and beyond to help me and to make me feel at home. I want to express my deep appreciation and I look forward to every stay.

Very charming, the food is delicious, we had a lovely workshop.

Although the sound system needs to be maintained, and some minor renovation in stairs will make it even better.
