Yilmaz and his hotel is very good. Excellent place to live , all staff members are cooperative and helping. Having professional approach. I highly recommend this place to live.

Location is very good. Service by Yilmaz Akbay is excellent. Washrooms are not capacious.

The hotel is in the best location the rooms are tidy everything is working great nothing to complain for the price but the service at the lobby should be improved

Do not sleep here! The rooms are tiny and smelly. The bed is horrible and the matras had huge dents in it. Got very claustrophobic here. And the wifi does not work of course

Most rooms smell of ciggerettes, price is negotiable, bad smell in bathroom, mosque is right by our window screaming at me right now.. And at 4 am..
I wouldn't recommend it unless you negotiate price to much lower

The measures related to the 1st pandemic were very bad, people were using the same narrow elevator without wearing a mask (which is the most risky point in terms of contamination). There was no one in the hotel wearing a mask, except me. When the friends at the reception saw me, they thought to wear a mask, and that's just someone. the other friend did not even wave.. customers were sitting comfortably in the lobby without masks, no one even tried to warn them.
Also, since there is only one elevator in the hotel, I had to wait for the elevator for minutes.
The fridge in room 2 was not working. It was not possible to drink cold water in the heat of Antep.
3. In a hotel you go to, a relaxing bath is important, but its cleanliness was not refreshing and it had a very narrow, flat bathroom.
4. breakfast was rather poor. I didn't go to breakfast early in the morning, but even though I went during the breakfast hours I was told at the reception, tomatoes, cucumbers and watermelon were finished. hot food (eg sausage) was cold, oil was frozen. For example, the tea was finished, but since the only staff on duty was dealing with the dishes, no one could make up for these deficiencies.
I will definitely not choose again.

The location is quite convenient to reach the center. The cleanliness and understanding of service was very nice. But the most excellent staff are all polite and friendly especially thank you ahmet.
