Excellent hotel with a great service and very helpful staff. My special thanks to Emre from Guest relations who found my lost jacket and helped with sending it back to me. If I’m in Istanbul in future, I would definitely stay at this hotel.

Everything was perfect, I can't even describe the experience as anything other than perfect. ♥ I stayed with my fiance here where he proposed to me, and made so many memories here. We stayed here for almost one full month, and I was so sad when it was time to leave, it was almost like my second home. The workers there are so considerate, our couples' massage therapy session was a bit pricey but so worth it, the breakfast was super expensive but we still tried it once and it was amazing, on our first night here we experienced a wedding happening! So magical. The view outside the window was also so majestic. The swimming pools are so relaxing too, not crowded at all and we felt so comfortable during our stay. I'd love to come back here one day.

Currently staying here at the hotel, because I’ve had plastic surgery and the clinic put me here. The whole hotel stinks of cigarettes, every corridor has a vile cloud of smoke everywhere. Even none smoking rooms stink of the stuff.

They don’t serve alcohol as it’s haram, but people walk around the hotel smoking, which is also haram. So all one big contradiction.

None of the staff communicate in English, they say they don’t understand. Even though half the guests can only communicate in English. They all stand around talking loudly in Turkish, if they even smile at you they expect a tip.

The bald man on the door refused to let me carry my own bags to my room. This is just a ploy as once he’s in your room, the cheeky little **** stands there with his hand out. Openly asking for a tip he says give me “euros dollars pounds lira I don’t care”.

There is zero atmosphere in the place as it’s like a complete ghost town. You see the odd other plastic surgery patient floating around and that’s it.

It’s an hours drive from anywhere.

If it wasn’t for the masseuse who gave me 2 amazing back massages, and the view this place would be getting 1 star!

I went to the restaurant and there were four staff talking I had to sit myself down, i then had to call someone over to order. Even then they just carried on talking, until again I asked can I have a drink please. It seems they employ people who have no desire to do there job either they get paid peanuts or they’re just not held accountable.

It’s 2024 at least keep one whole floor for smoking. Or maybe tell people to go outside smoking in hotels isn’t a thing in most of the rest of the world. The only place I’ve come across this in recent times is in Iraq……….

Unless you have to be here for the location pick another hotel people. It’s dirty smelly and no where near a 5 star hotel!!

The hotel is excellent, featuring a restaurant, pool, and convenient access to the beach and park. It is only a short 10-15 minute drive from downtown. The staff is welcoming and a continental breakfast is available. If you have any specific requests for the chef at the restaurant, Google translate would be the ideal tool.

This hotel is very beautiful and is equipped with many services including the fitness room and the spa, which however I did not use due to my short stay. They are very strict, so much so that having booked two days privately and owed it through an external agency, upon returning on the second day we found the room closed because the agency had not paid in advance. I understand business, but it could have been handled in a more sociable way, especially since we had all our luggage inside the room. Let's say that despite maintaining a very professional tone, in general the people are rather cold, except for the director who arouses empathy and is very welcoming. The rooms are clean and very spacious, equipped with a mini bar, nothing is missing, my room which faces the back does not have the best view. The breakfast room is well stocked but the eye is more satisfied than the contents, but in general I would say it is appreciable. Unfortunately they don't have barley coffee which is very strange given the quality standard they want to maintain.
The cuisine, however, is truly noteworthy, we had dinner 3 times and always found excellent dishes, prepared with particular attention and a waiter Okan, who surpassed himself in all aspects, both in welcoming and in offering us the dishes. If the rest of the staff had the ways of OKan and the hotel manager, the business would increase considerably, I think this is to underline that it is always a question of people.

The hotel was beautiful and my family of ten had a wonderful week there during the summer. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were polite and helpful. However, we did have an unpleasant experience. We had reserved four rooms and checked out the day before our departure to ensure a smooth and quick morning for our flight. During our check-out, we were informed that we owed an additional $150 for the minibar expenses in the rooms. We explained that we had already paid for everything, but they did not accept our explanation. The hotel's internal manager was called in to handle the situation and we were kept waiting for an hour despite our insistence that we had a flight to catch. Eventually, it was discovered that the receptionist had made a mistake. This mistake caused us to miss our flight. It is unfortunate that the hotel has poor management and it seems that the receptionist intentionally delayed us, achieving their goal.

In response to your comment: I would like to express my gratitude for your attention and review. However, it is important for you to know that all expenses, including the mini bar charges for the rooms and the pool, were fully settled the night before our departure. We had planned to leave early in the morning, but when we went to check-out, there was a new receptionist who refused to acknowledge that we had made a payment and requested a check-out the previous night. The internal manager intervened and double-checked the records, confirming that the payment had indeed been made. Unfortunately, this whole process caused a delay of about an hour, causing ten of us to miss our flight. It is unfortunate that we experienced a lack of professionalism from the hotel staff which ultimately resulted in this inconvenience.

We were disappointed by our stay:
- The door of our room didn’t lock, so anyone could walk in. We told reception and it never got fixed. So during the whole stay anyone could have walked in and taken our stuff
- The hotel advertises a sauna, a hot tub, Turkish bath and steam room. Only the sauna worked, the rest was out of service. Also to use the pool you need a bathing cap which they conveniently sell for 90 TL
- At checkout the guy asked us for an extra €20 because he said we were 2 people. We showed him our booking and that it was for 2 people, he gave in. It definitely felt like he was trying to taking advantage of us
- Making the shower work was difficult and there were 15 different light buttons in our room.

The breakfast was excellent though, with a large variety and great tasting food.

I have to say I was quite disappointed when we arrived, the extremely slow service and the rooms unfortunately don’t reflect a 5 star hotel..

Some employees at the reception were very rude ( except for Mr. Sezai who was very helpful and actually doing his job, they should have more like him )

I loved the breakfast, they have good varieties.

The rooms are old and the air conditioning need some serious maintenance.

This hotel has a great view! I just wish they would renew the rooms and make sure the employees are doing their jobs properly so they don’t lose any customers.
