Stayed here for 8 nights following cosmetic surgery. All staff in the hotel are very accommodating and understanding and cannot do enough to help you. Given the nature of my stay I ordered a lot of room service which was amazing. Really excellent food. I had a Turkish bath with Fatima which was a lovely experience! I recommend this hotel to anyone staying here for holidays or travels.

The hotel looks good from the outside, but it is dirty inside. The service is very bad. The breakfast is not well prepared and the carpets and rooms smell very bad.

The bed is extremely uncomfortable, the mattresses are very worn and you sink and wake up with back pain, no one speaks Spanish, which makes it very difficult to communicate, the heating did not work.

Not impressed for the price they charge

I have recently stayed at this hotel, room 319, for duration of one night only. Couple of hours after I checked out l, I have found out that I have forgotten my phone charger at my room.
When I went back they told me they haven't received any phone charger from the room service cleaners, they have allowed me to check my room again but there was no trace of phone charger.
The receptionist was not really helpful when I was explaining to him that I stayed in this room alone, with two hand bags and after I checked out l was only in my car so the charger is definitely in the room and someone had taken it.
Instead of going to cleaners trying to find out who took the charger they were try to convince me that there was no charger in the room but I'm 100% sure that my charger was there before cleaners come.
Just a tip, if you are staying in this hotel please take care of your belongings and do not expect any help from the reception.
