I stayed in the hotel for a while . The staff were very friendly and respectful. As for the room, it was adequate, but the cleaning staff did not clean much, so we had to continue cleaning. I hope they took care of the room’s supplies. For example, the refrigerator was broken and they did not do anything about it. Also, the closet was worn out. As for the food, since the first time we came, they were serving us food on the ground floor and the service was very good. After that, buffet service became available because the number of visitors increased. In the early periods, everything was good, but in the last periods they put the food out more than once and it was not fresh either. At breakfast it was The cheese is almost dry, so sometimes we had to eat dinner outside the hotel, but after all the hotel provides good service and I hope they take the problems into consideration and pay attention to the quality of the food and the room furnishings. Thank you, Dream Hill Hotel. I had a good time with you.

Stayed at the hotel on 04/05/2021. The rooms, including the hotel's entrance area and spa area, were very clean and tidy. The staff are very polite and friendly and work professionally. I would recommend a hotel where you will be happy with the price.

Stafs are so friendly . Rooms are clean . Meals have so much variety and you can choose veggies also . Breakfast was the best . I enjoyed my stay in this hotel recommended..

While the entrance to this Istanbul city hotel appears to be beautiful and well-maintained, the room was incredibly dusty, and considering the pandemic, the cleanliness is abysmal. The fact that the room has carpets also makes it difficult to breathe, as dust can accumulate around the windows (I've included a photo). You'll see dust has accumulated around the windows, as in every corner of the room, which hasn't been cleaned. Furthermore, don't let the fact that there's a jacuzzi in your room mean you'll use it! It's just a decorative item, but there's no plug, and the receptionists told you there was no plug because water flowed downstairs. Can you imagine? There's a sink, but the tap is off. In short, it's not a place I'd recommend again. I wouldn't recommend it.

Located in the Asian district, more than 10 minutes walk from the metro. The price is relatively cheap, and there are supermarkets and food nearby. Overall, it is worth recommending! There are many European ladies who go to Türkiye for micro-plastic surgery in the hotel.

There are quite a lot of restaurants on the side, and there is a supermarket opposite. It is very convenient to buy water and fruit.

I have been there for one month due to work purposes but I must say first few days I really liked it. But as days were going i was experiencing few things bad. This Hotel is not good for tourists because only few people speak English and then people in restaurant were not friendly. Technischen doing something at the door and without informing you beforehand and you just hear voice and you open and he shocked and can not explain what he was doing because he doesnt speak Eng. I had to complain multiple times at reception to get my room clean or atleast to get dirty glasses changed but didnt happen anything so i had to write an email to sales manager. The technischen person had to repair something at the roof but he couldnt and just paste tape on it ans that thing fall off the very next day 6 in the morning and i was scared. With that i just want to say i could be standing under it. At last the main important thing which made my to leave Hotel was they provide me wrong bills. I have paid more than i was told to pay at the starting and till have been provided the bill with wrong amount. I dont have evidence of last payment done by me which was more than i was told. This is so disgusting.

I've stayed here 3 times. I put up with some shortcomings because the price was extremely cheap, but on my final visit prices had doubled and so had the shortcomings! I am aware that all the hotel prices in Turkey have gone up so this is still one of the cheapest and was full. I wish I'd moved, my sleep was disturbed every night by the TV, and talking in the next room till the early hours, plus a loud disco party in the ballroom above one night. On previous visits the room had at least been clean, apparently they have a shortage of cleaning staff at the moment, and the bath was icky. To be fair they did send a cleaner up straight away to do the bathroom and the staff are lovely people, very helpful. But if you can afford it I would stay elsewhere.
