We loved our stay here! Kadir was very accommodating and even helped us book tour. The location of this hotel is fantastic - close to everything. The rooms were nice and clean. This is a family run business which makes it that much better!

This is a friendly family business hotel. Owner Kadir is kind and helpful. He organized all tours for us which made our trip much easier and better. Even when we got lost in the city during the night, we called him and he picked us up. My friend left her blouse in the room after we checked out and flew to Alacati and he shipped her the blouse, taking his personal time to do so. I would recommend this friendly hotel to any travelers.

Love this place. Excellent location.Our host Kadir was so helpful and friendly. Homemade breakfast was exceptional. The room with a patio was comfortable and big enough for three of us . Our host Kadir was so nice and helpful when we got lost in the city he and his brother came and picked us up.I highly recommend this place.

Kadir is an excellent host. He went out of his way to accommodate our needs(3 ladies on vacation), including even picking us up in town when we got lost at night. He arranged all tours and our room was clean. The location of this hotel is ideal; breakfast is good. This is not a luxurious hotel, but for basic comfort, cleanliness, hospitality and convenience it rates 5 stars. If you want a 5-star hotel, then you have to pay the prices for such lodgings. We were very satisfied.

Amazing cave room. Kadir and his team is excellent in management. Room services with the breakfast is excellent. They allowed me to make a tea in there kitchen so grateful of them. Overall we had a 2 day stay and felt like home. Thank you kadir

Best place in Göreme. The owner (Kadir) is really a nice man with a very good soul. I loved the room and also the washroom. Actually washroom is bigger than the room ☺️☺️. Location is very close to the center. Restaurants, bus station, money exchange shops are within a walking distance. I asked the owner to book the green tour and other things for me and he did it perfectly. Thanks a lot for the nice hospitality. It was a great pleasure to stay in Falcon Cave Suites. Obviously it will be my first choice on my next trip and I also recommend others to have a look on this hotel. All the very best wishes for Falcon. I hope that you continue with this service.

Not bad as you get what you spend

If you plan to stay here then do so at your own risk. This is the worse place to stay at. Though the place is in the city centre yet it's not a place recommended to stay at. The rooms are not well maintained. Though there is a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel yet the owner didn't guide us properly which landed us to pay 300 TL from airport to this place.
We stayed here for 2 nights but yet when we asked the owner of the hotel about cleaning the room he said it's the month of Ramzan and they do do not clean the room during Ramzan as he is fasting. When we tried to help him by cleaning our own room he didn't even bother to ask and top of it when we told him to at least help us with the cleaning of the bathroom he starting fighting with us and told us that we should do our own cleaning otherwise we can leave. He is a very arrogant man than even during Ramzan he starting abusing us girls without even thinking twice. The bathroom's drainage system was the worse, the water was not getting drained and was collecting there itself making it into a puddle. When we asked the owner to rectify this he didnt have any idea what to do and ultimately told us that we use the jacuzzi to have a shower.
Our stay was very inconvenient these two days. The owner is the only man working there as a manager, chef, worker everything so it's just not recommended to stay there. Even the local people there told us that it's not a good place to stay at. There are many other better cave suites which are available and with better facilities. So if anyone decides to visit Goreme please avoid Falcon Cave Suites and try other cave suites. Please don't be cheated like the way we were by going by the reviews shared on any of the booking sites. They are all fake and misrepresented.
